간호대학생의 사회정서역량교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 사회정서역량 중요성에 대한 인식과 교육요구도를 분석하고 사회정서역량 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 본 연구 수행은 전남과 전북소재 간호대학생 총 289명의 설문자료를 활용하여 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 교육요구도는 The Locus for focus 모델과 Borich 요구도 분석을 활용하여 교육요구도 우선순위를 산출하였다. 결과 사회정서역량 중요도와 수행도 인식 수준의 차이는 미래 사회정서역량 중요도가 현재 수행도보다 더 높은 결과를 보여 사회정서역량 교육요구도를 확인할 수 있었다. The Locus for Focus 모델과 Borich 분석의 우선순위 도출에서 공통적 교육요구도가 높은 순위의 항목은 첫 번째, 나쁜 일이 일어났을 때 내 감정 조절하기. 둘째, 나 자신에 대해 잘 알기. 셋째, 내가 어떤 기분을 느끼는지 정확하게 파악하기. 넷째, 내 삶에 중요한 가치가 무엇인가 알기가 선정되었다. 결론 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 사회정서역량을 향상시키기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 기본 방향을 제시한다. 또한, 자기관리역량으로 감정에 휩쓸리지 않고 감정을 조절방법에 대한 교육요구도를 반영하여 감정조절 교육프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to examnin nursing student’s educational needs for the development of social emotional competence program. Methods To analyze educational needs, a survey was conducted with 282 nursing university students in Jeollanam-do and Jeollabuk-do. In this process, the priority of educational needs was calculated using the Locus for focus model and Borich needs assessment. Results As a result of this study, the educational needs of social emotional competence was confirmed because the importance of future social emotional competence was higher than the current performances. The followings are the items that ranked high in common training needs from the Locus for focus model and Borich analysis: First, controlling the emotions when something bad happens. Second, knowing yourself well. Third, figuring out exactly how you feel. Fourth, knowing what values are important in your life. Conclusions The results of this study suggest the basic direction of developing educational programs to improve the social emotional competence of nursing students. In addition, we propose the development of an emotional control education program by reflecting the educational needs for self-management competency on how to control emotions without being caught up in emotions.
