보육교사의 장애위험 영유아 조기 발견을 위한 발달평가 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 요구도 조사

국문 초록

목적 보육교사의 장애위험 아동의 교육 요구도를 파악함으로써 장애위험 영유아 조기 발견, 조기 개입을 위한 새로운 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 궁극적으로 장애위험 영유아 발달평가 프로그램을 개발하기 위함이다. 방법 경기도, 충청남도 소재 보육교사 112명을 대상으로 장애위험 영유아 관련 교육 여부, 교육 경험, 교육의 필요성, 교육 주제에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN Statistics 23.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성과 각 변수의 값은 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차로 분석하였고 항목별 응답 결과는 다중응답분석과 빈도분석하였다. 결과 연구 대상자의 67.9%(76명)는 장애위험 영유아 교육 경험이 있었으며, ‘장애위험 영유아 조기 발견을 위한 관찰 및 검사 도구’에 대한 교육요구도가 54명(48.21%)으로 가장 높았고, 장애위험 영유아 교육프로그램의 주제는 전체 대상자의 60.7%가 ‘장애 위험 영유아의 조기 발견과 발달평가’를 선택했다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 보육교사의 장애위험 영유아의 교육 요구도가 높은 것이 확인되었으며, 장애위험 영유아에 대한 교육의 필요성과 보육현장의 요구도를 조사하여 보육교사의 장애위험 영유아 조기 발견을 위한 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 추후에 장애위험 영유아 관련 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위한 다각적 요구도를 반영한 조사가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the educational needs of Children at Risk by Early childhood teacher, the purpose is to provide basic data for early detection of children at risk. and new search for early intervention, and to develop a development assessment program for children at risk. Methods The subjects of the study were early childhood teacher in S-city, Gyeonggi-do & Chungcheongnam-do. After explaining the purpose and method of the study, Data were collected from those who agreed to the survey, and data were analyzed on a final 112 people. The collected data uses SPSS/WIN 23.0 statistical program. It was used to analyze the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation of the collected data. Results 67.9% (76 people) of the study had experience in education for children at risk, 54 (48.21%) had the highest educational demand for “observation and inspection tools for early detection of children at risk,” and 60.7% of the subjects chose “Early Detection and Development Assessment of children at risk.” Conclusions The study revealed that there is a significant need for a developmental evaluation program for early detection of children at risk. The results of this survey will ultimately provide the basis for the development of an infant and toddler development screening tool for early childhood teacher.
