빅데이터를 활용한 아동권리 연구 의미연결망 및 토픽 모델링 분석: 2000년 ~ 2024년까지

국문 초록

목적 빅데이터를 활용하여 아동권리에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴봄으로써 아동권리에 대한 사회적 인식을 파악하고 향후 아동권리에 관련한 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 방법 아동권리 키워드로 하여 2000년 1월부터 2024년 12월까지 총 25년의 데이터를 수집하였다. 데이터 수집을 위해 텍스톰 프로그램을 활용하여 데이터 수집 및 정제과정을 실시했으며, 텍스트 마이닝 분석, 네트워크 분석, 토픽 모델링(LDA) 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 빅데이터를 활용한 텍스트 마이닝 분석 결과를 살펴보면 단어동시출현빈도 분석 결과에서 공통적으로 존재하는 단어의 쌍은 ‘아동권리-존중’, ‘아동권리-인식’, ‘아동권리-유엔’, ‘아동권리-협약’ 등으로 나타났다. 또한 단어빈도(TF)와 역문서빈도(IDF) 분석 결과에서는 ‘교사’, ‘보육’, ‘인식’, ‘권리’, ‘교육’, ‘존중’ 등의 순서로 나타났다. 마지막으로 시계열 분석에서 연도별로 가장 높게 나타난 단어는 ‘아동권리’이고 가장 낮게 나타난 단어는 ‘복지’이다. 둘째, 빅데이터를 활용한 네트워트 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 에고 네트워크 결과에서 추출된 주요 단어는 50개로 나타났다. CONCOR과 클러스터링 분석 결과에서는 각 4개의 군집이 형성되었다. 셋째, 토픽모델링 분석 결과를 살펴보면, 각 토픽의 주제는 총 10가지로 명명하였다. 결론 본 연구 자료에 속하지 않은 1990년대 아동권리 연구의 태동부터 지금까지의 연구 대부분은 교육과 교사의 역할만을 강조해 온 측면이 존재한다. 아동을 이루고 있는 세계는 주 양육자와 친적, 교사, 사회, 법률, 국가 등 여러 다양한 생태 체계로 이루어져 있다. 이 모든 구성원은 아동권리 증진을 위하여 협력하여야 하지만, 현 연구 동향은 특정 주제에 한정하여 제한적인 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 진정한 아동권리 증진을 위해 특정 주제에 한정하지 않고 모든 체계가 복합적으로 함께 협력하여 아동권리 증진을 위해 노력하여야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구를 통하여 아동 권리 연구 분야에서 지금까지 상대적으로 주목받지 못했던 연구주제를 가시적으로 나타내고, 후속 연구자들의 연구 범위 확장 및 융합 연구 증진을 위한 기초적인 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives By examining research trends on children's rights using big data, we sought to understand social awareness of children's rights and suggest future research directions and implications related to children's rights. Methods We collected 25 years of data from January 2000 to December 2024 using children's rights as a keyword. To collect data, a data collection and purification process was performed using the Textome program, and text mining analysis, network analysis, and topic modeling (LDA) analysis were performed. Results First, looking at the text mining analysis results using big data, the word pairs that commonly exist in the word co-occurrence frequency analysis results are ‘Children's rights-respect’, ‘Children's rights-awareness’, ‘Children's rights-UN’, ‘It appeared as ‘Children’s Rights-Convention’. In addition, the word frequency (TF) and inverse document frequency (IDF) analysis results showed the following order: ‘teacher’, ‘childcare’, ‘awareness’, ‘rights’, ‘education’, and ‘respect’.Lastly, in the time series analysis, the word that appeared most highly by year was ‘children’s rights,’ and the word that appeared the least was ‘welfare.’ Second, looking at the results of network analysis using big data, 50 key words were extracted from the ego network results. As a result of CONCOR and clustering analysis, four clusters were formed. Third, looking at the topic modeling analysis results, a total of 10 topics were named for each topic. Conclusions Most of the research from the beginning of children's rights research in the 1990s to the present, which is not included in the data of this study, has emphasized only education and the role of teachers. The world of a child is made up of many different ecological systems, including primary caregivers, relatives, teachers, society, law, and the state. All of these members must cooperate to promote children's rights, but current research trends are limited to specific topics and limited research is being conducted.Therefore, it suggests that in order to truly promote children's rights, all systems should work together in a complex manner to promote children's rights, without being limited to specific topics. Through this study, it is hoped that research topics that have received relatively little attention so far in the field of children's rights research will be made visible, and that it will be used as basic data to expand the research scope of subsequent researchers and promote convergence research.
