노인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족 관계에서 노후준비의 매개효과와 노인 일자리 사업 참여의 조절효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 노인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 노후준비의 매개효과와 노인일자리 사업 참여의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 대구소재의 시니어클럽과 노인복지관을 이용하는 노인 400명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여, 357부를 최종 통계분석에 사용하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Process Macro Model 1로 조절효과를 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 주요변인의 수준을 살펴본 결과 자기효능감, 삶의 만족, 노후준비는 남자보다 여자가 높게 나타났다. 또한 연령이 낮을수록 각 변수 수준이 낮아지며, 노인 일자리 사업에 참여하는 노인이 참여하지 않는 노인보다 자기효능감, 삶의 만족, 노후준비가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족 관계에서 노후준비는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 자기효능감과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 노인 일자리 사업 참여는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 노인의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인인 자기효능감, 노후준비, 노인 일자리 사업 참여의 관계를 분석하여 노인의 특성을 심층적으로 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 맞춤형 교육 및 상담 전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다. 또한 노후준비의 매개효과를 확인하여 노후준비를 통해 노년기 행복감을 증진할 수 있음을 밝힘으로써, 체계적인 노후준비 교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안한다. 아울러 노인 일자리 사업 참여의 조절효과를 확인하여 노인 복지정책의 효과성을 강조하고, 향후 노인 일자리 사업 확대 및 정책적 지원 강화를 위한 근거를 마련했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines the mediating effect of retirement preparation and the moderating effect of participation in job programs for the elderly in the relationship between self-efficiency and life satisfaction of the elderly. Methods A survey was conducted on 400 elderly people who used senior clubs and senior welfare centers in Daegu, and 357 copies were used for the final statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. And the moderating effect was verified using Process Macro for SPSS V3.5 Model 1. Results First, as a result of the demographic and sociological examination of the elderly, self-efficacy, life satisfaction, and retirement preparation were higher in women than men. Also, the younger you are, the lower all variables are, It was found that the elderly participating in the elderly job program had higher self-efficacy, life satisfaction, and retirement preparation than the elderly who did not participate. Second, in the relationship between the elderly's self-efficacy and life satisfaction, retirement preparation was found to have a mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between the elderly's self-efficacy and life satisfaction, participation in the elderly job program showed a moderating effect. Conclusions By analyzing the relationship between self-efficacy, retirement preparation, and elderly job participation, which are major factors affecting the life satisfaction of the elderly, the characteristics of the elderly are understood in depth, and based on this, basic data for establishing customized education and counseling strategies are provided. In addition, the necessity of developing a systematic retirement education program is suggested by confirming the mediating effect of retirement preparation and revealing that old age happiness can be improved through retirement preparation. In addition, the study is meaningful in that it emphasizes the effectiveness of welfare policies for the elderly by confirming the moderating effect of participation in the elderly job program, and provides the basis for expanding the elderly job program and strengthening policy support in the future.
