영문 초록

This article explores the possibility of institutionalization of multilateral security cooperation in Northeast Asia. Although the institutionalization of the regime seems unlikely in the near future, in the longer term the possibility is enhanced by the regional politico economic and strategic changes that are expected to take place in conjunction with the expansion/deepening of `normal competition system,` acceleration of globalization, and the changes in the international politics of the Korean peninsula.
