개업상담자의 소명의식이 소진에 미치는 영향: 소명수행과 역할스트레스의 순차매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 개업상담자의 소명의식이 소진에 미치는 영향에서 소명수행과 역할스트레스의 순차매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 2025년 1월 상담 관련 자격증을 소지하고 사업자등록 및 이를 통한 수입 창출을 하고 있는 전국의 개업상담자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 244명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 30.0를 사용하여 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하고 기술통계분석 및 상관분석을 진행한 후, AMOS 26.0을 통해 개별매개효과, 순차매개효과를 분석하였다. 결과 분석 결과 개업상담자의 소명의식, 소진, 소명수행, 역할스트레스는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 소명의식은 소명수행과 정적 상관을, 역할스트레스 및 소진과는 부적 상관을 보였으며, 소명수행 역시 역할스트레스 및 소진과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 구조모형 분석 결과, 소명의식이 소명수행과 소진에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동시에, 소명수행과 역할스트레스를 거치는 순차적 간접경로 또한 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 팬텀변인을 활용한 검증에서도 소명의식과 소진 간의 관계에서 소명수행과 역할스트레스의 순차매개효과가 유의미함이 확인되었다. 결론 본 연구에서는 소명의식이 높을수록 개업상담자의 소명수행을 촉진하고, 이를 통해 역할스트레스와 소진을 낮출 수 있음을 시사한다. 이를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effects of living a calling and role stress in the effects of practicing counselor's perceiving a calling on burnout. Methods To achieve this, in January 2025, an online survey was conducted on practicing counselors nationwide who have counseling-related certificates, register businesses, and generate income through them, and collect data from a total of 244 people. For the collected data, SPSS 30.0 was used to check the reliability of the scale, conduct descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis, and AMOS 26.0 was used to analyze individual and sequential mediating effects. Results As a result of the analysis, it was found that perceiving a calling, burnout, living a calling, and role stress of the practicing counselor all had significant correlations. Perceiving a calling had a positive correlation with living a calling, and role stress and burnout had a negative correlation, and living a calling also had a significant negative correlation with role stress and burnout. As a result of structural model analysis, it was found that perceiving a calling had a direct effect on living a calling and burnout, and at the same time, the sequential indirect path through living a calling and role stress was also significant. In the verification using phantom variables, it was confirmed that the sequential mediating effect of living a calling and role stress was significant in the relationship between perceiving a calling and burnout. Conclusions In this study, it is suggested that the higher perceiving a calling, the more facilitating living a calling of the practicing counselor, thereby lowering role stress and burnout. Based on this, the implications and limitations of the study were presented.
