한국 교환학생으로 참여한 중국 한국어학과 대학생들의 학습경험에 관한 사례연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 한국 교환학생으로 참여한 중국 한국어학과 학생들의 학습경험과 학업성취도를 분석하고 중국 내 한국어 교육 현장에 줄 수 있는 실질적인 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 방법 본 연구는 중국 A 대학 한국어학과 교환학생 11명을 대상으로 설문조사와 인터뷰를 실시하였고 연구 참여자 확인법(member check)을 활용하여 연구의 타당성과 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 결과 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 학생들은 교환학교의 주거환경을 중요한 고려 사항 중 하나로 간주하고, 언어 능력의 향상을 중요한 목표로 하였으며, 교환 학습경험에서 특히 학습 부적응을 힘들어 했다. 한국 대학은 교육과정 설정의 다양성 측면에서 더 높은 유연성을 가지고 있으며, 중국은 학생들이 수강하는 교육과정이 상대적으로 고정되어 있다. 교환 기간 학생들의 학업성취도가 보편적으로 높았고 이는 교환학생들이 다양한 단계의 학습 상태와 적응력을 반영하는 복잡하고 다양한 특성을 나타낸다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교환학생 경험을 살려 정기적으로 한국 교환 경험이 있는 학생들을 초빙하여 교환 경험 공유활동을 진행하고, 언어 능력의 향상으로 우수한 원어민교사나 한국 유학 경험 교사진의 확보와 함께 한국어 교육과정 재구성도 적극적으로 추진하거나, 자기 주도적 과제 탐구나 한국어 교육 현장에 다양한 학업성적 평가를 시행해야 하는 것을 시사점으로 제안했다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning experience and study achievement of Chinese Korean language students who participate as Korean exchange students, and to propose practical solutions for Korean language education in China. Methods To this end, 11 exchange students from the Korean Language Department of A University in China were selected as participants. Questionnaires and interviews were mixed using a questionnaire, and member check was used to ensure the validity and credibility of the study. At the same time, a comparative analysis was conducted on the study achievement of each stage, using qualitative research methods. Results The main results are as follows. Students regard the living environment of the exchange school as one of the important factors to consider, with the important goal of improving language proficiency. In the exchange learning experience, it's particularly difficult for students to adapt. South Korean educational institutions have a high degree of flexibility in terms of curriculum diversity, while China's education curriculum is relatively fixed. During the exchange period, students' academic performance is normally good, presenting complex and diverse characteristics, reflecting the learning status and adaptability of exchange students at different stages. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, it is proposed to utilize the experience of exchange students，that is to regularly invite students with Korean exchange experience to participate in exchange experience sharing activities to improve language proficiency. Efforts can be made to ensure an excellent team of foreign teachers or teachers with Korean study experience, that is to promote the restructuring of Korean language education curriculum and advancing self-oriented topic exploration. Various academic performance evaluations are conducted on-site in Korean language education.
