국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년 상담사의 의사소통 방식이 청소년 내담자의 치료적 동맹과 상담 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 청소년 내담자 210명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, IBM SPSS ver. 23.0을 활용하여 다중 회귀분석을 포함한 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 결과 분석 결과, 상담사의 의사소통 방식은 청소년 내담자의 치료적 동맹과 상담 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 통제적 의사소통 방식은 치료적 협력에 가장 큰 영향을 주었으며, 전문적 의사소통은 긍정적 감정 관계 형성에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 협력적 의사소통이 청소년 내담자의 상담 만족도를 높이는 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 결론 분석 결과, 상담사의 의사소통 방식은 청소년 내담자의 치료적 동맹과 상담 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 통제적 의사소통 방식은 치료적 협력에 가장 큰 영향을 주었으며, 전문적 의사소통은 긍정적 감정 관계 형성에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 협력적 의사소통이 청소년 내담자의 상담 만족도를 높이는 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to examine the impact of youth counselors' communication styles on the therapeutic alliance and counseling satisfaction of adolescent clients. Methods Data were collected through a questionnaire from 210 adolescent clients, and IBM SPSS ver. 23.0 was used for statistical analysis, including multiple regression. Results The findings revealed that counselors' communication styles had a significant impact on the therapeutic working alliance and counseling satisfaction of adolescent clients. Specifically, the controlling communication style had the greatest influence on therapeutic collaboration, while professional communication was most effective in enhancing positive emotional relationships. Moreover, cooperative communication was identified as the most influential factor in increasing adolescent clients' counseling satisfaction. Conclusions The analysis revealed that counselors' communication styles significantly influenced both the therapeutic alliance and counseling satisfaction of adolescent clients. Specifically, the controlling communication style had the strongest effect on therapeutic collaboration, while the professional communication style was most effective in fostering positive emotional relationships. Additionally, cooperative communication emerged as the most influential factor in enhancing adolescents' satisfaction with counseling.
