국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 영유아교육기관의 자연생태놀이 활동의 실제를 바탕으로 자연생태놀이척도를 평정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하는데 있다. 방법 본 연구대상의 특성을 알아보기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 70문항에 대한 SPSS 29 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 하였고, 확인적 요인분석을 위해 AMOS 29 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 추출한 70문항에 대해 SPSS 통계프로그램을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석으로 이론적 근거인 4요인의 도출, AMOS를 이용한 확인적 요인분석의 이론을 검증하여 최종 16문항의 자연생태놀이 척도를 개발하였고, 영유아교육기관의 자연생태놀이 척도 문항 구성과 타당도, 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결론 자연생태어린이집 운영반 경력이 없는 교사에 비해 운영반 경력이 있는 교사가 담당하는 반의 놀이 빈도가 높다는 점이 확인되었고, 교사의 자연생태놀이 전문성이 영아의 놀이 환경과 관찰 활동에 미치는 영향을 보여주었다. 이를 바탕으로 교사 교육 및 지원 프로그램을 설계할 때 참고할 수 있는 자료가 될 수 있다. 또한 겨울철에도 실내⋅외의 다양한 놀이 환경과 활동을 지원하고, 놀이 빈도가 낮은 기관에 추가적인 교육 및 운영 방식을 강화하는 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료 된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop a scale that can evaluate nature-based play activities in early childhood education institutions based on actual practices. Methods To find out the characteristics of the subjects of this study, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted, and descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis were performed using the SPSS 29 statistical program on 70 questions, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 29 program. Results For the 70 items extracted, exploratory factor analysis was conducted using the SPSS statistical program to derive four factors based on theoretical grounds, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using AMOS to validate the theory. As a result, a natural ecological play scale consisting of 16 items was developed, and the item composition, validity, and reliability of the natural ecological play scale for early childhood education institutions were verified. Conclusions It has been confirmed that teachers with experience in operating classes engage their students in play more frequently than teachers without such experience. This shows the impact of teachers' expertise in natural ecology play on the play environment and observational activities for infants. This can serve as valuable material when designing teacher training and support programs. Additionally, it is believed that this will be used as foundational data to support various play environments and activities indoors and outdoors even during winter, and to enhance additional training and operational methods in institutions where play frequency is low.
