국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 유아교사의 완벽주의 성향과 테크노스트레스, 디지털 역량의 관계를 탐색하고, 이를 통해 유아교사의 완벽주의 성향과 테크노스트레스가 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 유아교육기관에 재직중인 유아반 담임교사 300명을 표집으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 독립표본 t검정과 일원배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA), Pearson의 상관관계분석, 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 자기지향 완벽주의는 디지털 시민성, 사고력, 콘텐츠 제작 및 페다고지에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으나, 타인지향 및 사회부과 완벽주의는 시민성과 사고력에 부적 영향을 보였다. 기술 불확실성과 복잡성은 디지털 역량에 부정적, 과부하는 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 학력과 연수 경험은 정적 변수, 연령은 부적 변수로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과를 토대로, 완벽주의 성향과 테크노스트레스가 디지털 역량에 미치는 영향을 학문적으로 이해하고, 테크노스트레스를 완화하고 디지털 역량을 강화하기 위한 맞춤형 교육 지원 및 체계적 연수 프로그램 설계를 위한 교육적 함의에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to explore the relationships between early childhood teachers' perfectionism tendencies, technostress, and digital competence, and to examine how perfectionism tendencies and technostress influence digital competence. Methods To this end, a sample of 300 preschool teachers currently employed in early childhood education institutions was surveyed. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis, using SPSS version 23.0. Results Self-oriented perfectionism positively influenced digital citizenship, critical thinking, and content creation with pedagogy, while other-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism negatively affected digital citizenship and critical thinking. Technological uncertainty and complexity showed negative effects on digital competence, whereas technological overload had positive effects. Education level and training experience were identified as positive variables, while age was identified as a negative variable. Conclusions Based on these findings, the study provides an academic understanding of how perfectionism tendencies and technostress influence digital competence. Educational implications were discussed, emphasizing the need for tailored educational support and systematic training programs to alleviate technostress and enhance digital competence.
