간호대학생의 생활스트레스, 대인관계능력, 자기통제력이 스마트폰 중독경향성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 생활스트레스, 대인관계능력, 자기통제력이 스마트폰 중독경향성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 방법 연구 대상은 경기도에 위치한 일개 대학 200명의 간호대학생이었으며 자료수집은 2024년 5월 1일부터 30일까지 온라인 설문조사로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, 단계적 다중회귀분석방법을 활용하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독경향성에 영향을 주는 요인은 생활스트레스, 대인관계능력, 연령, 스마트폰 사용시간(F=8.427, p<.001)이었으며 설명력은 59.3%였다. 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독경향성은 대인관계능력(r=-.197, p=.005)과 음의 상관관계를 가지며 생활스트레스(r=.384, p<.001)와 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 스마트폰 중독경향성, 생활스트레스, 대인관계능력에 대해 이해할 수 있었으며 대학생활 적응을 돕고 스마트폰 중독경향성을 줄이기 위해 대인관계능력 향상과 스트레스 경감을 위한 대학이나 학과 내 프로그램이 필요하고 간호대학생을 대상으로 스마트폰 중독 고위험군을 사전 선별하기 위한 다양한 교육과 검사, 상담이 필요할 것으로 생각한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of life stress, interpersonal skills, and self-control on smartphone addiction tendency in nursing students. Methods A cross-sectional study was used to study 200 nursing students, recruited from one university in Gyeonggi-do. The data was collected from May 1 to 30, 2024. The instruments for this study were demographic factors, RLSS(Revised Life Scale for College Students)-CS, Relation Change Scale, Self-control, Smartphone Addiction Proneness Scale for Adult. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, t-tests, one way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. Results Life stress(r=.384, p<.001), interpersonal skills(r=-.197, p=.005) was correlated significantly with stress in smartphone addiction tendency. As a result of stepwise multiple regression analysis smartphone usage time, age, life stress, interpersonal skills were discovered to account for 59.3% variance of smartphone addiction tendency. Conclusions The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors affecting smartphone addiction tendency of nursing students. A smartphone addiction prevention program is needed in order to reduce life stress, to improve interpersonal skills.
