유아교사의 교수창의성 및 수업역량과 유아의 창의성 간의 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 교수창의성 및 수업역량과 유아의 창의성 간의 구조적 관계의 분석을 살펴보는데 목적을 두고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 S시와 K시의 유아교사 79명과 만 5세 유아 487명을 대상으로 유아교사의 교수창의성, 수업역량, 유아의 창의성 검사를 위해 설문도구를 활용하고, 수집된 자료는 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 수업역량의 매개효과를 밝혀보기 위하여 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형을 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과로는 첫째, 유아교사의 교수창의성과 수업역랑 그리고 유아의 창의성 변인들 간 상관은 모두 정적으로 의미 있는 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 교수창의성이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향력은 수업역량이 매개하였을 때 직접효과보다는 간접효과가 더 크고 교수창의성이 매개변인인 수업역량에 미치는 영향력은 직접효과만 있었다. 그리고 수업역량이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향은 직접 효과만 있었다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 유아교사의 교수창의성, 수업역량 증진과 유아의 창의성 발달에 도움을 줄 수 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 수업역량과 교수창의성 증진을 위해 교사의 내적 동기유발과 반성적 사고를 도모 할 수 있는 워크숍이나 창의적인 교수활동을 지원할 수 있는 다양한 소모임 활동 등 다양한 방법의 모색이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship between early childhood teachers' teaching creativity, teaching competencies, and early childhood creativity. Methods To this end, a questionnaire was used to test the teaching creativity, teaching competencies, and early childhood creativity of early childhood teachers, targeting 79 early childhood teachers and 487 5-year-old children in S City and K City. The collected data were analyzed using AMOS 24.0. The research model was analyzed using structural equation modeling to reveal the mediating effect of teaching competencies. Results The results of the study are as follows: First, the correlations between variables such as early childhood teachers' teaching creativity, teaching competencies, and early childhood creativity were confirmed to be all positively significant. Second, the influence of early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity on early childhood creativity was greater indirectly than directly when teaching competencies mediated the influence, and the influence of teaching creativity on teaching competencies, which is a mediating variable, only had a direct effect. And the influence of teaching competencies on early childhood creativity only had a direct effect. Conclusions Through this study, we attempt to provide implications that can help improve early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity, teaching competencies, and the development of early childhood creativity. In addition, it is suggested that various methods should be sought, such as workshops that can encourage teachers’ internal motivation and reflective thinking, and various small group activities that can support creative teaching activities, in order to improve teaching competencies and teaching creativity.
