국문 초록

본 연구는 AI·테크놀로지의 교육적 활용 확대, 과정중심평가로의 전환과 같은 교육의 변화를 반영하여, 중등교사의 교수학습-평가 역량 강화를 위한 생애주기별 교원교육과정을 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 선행연구 분석과 초점집단면담 결과를 바탕으로 초기 교육과정을 설계하고, 2차에 걸친 10인의 전문가 델파이조사를 통해 교육과정을 타당화하여 최종 교육과정을 도출하였다. 교사의 생애주기를 복합·역동적 발달모형을 기반으로 적응기-성장기-발전기-나눔기의 4단계로 구분하고, 중등교사에게 필요한 교수학습-평가 역량을 수업 및 평가 설계 역량, 수업 및 과정중심평가 실행 역량, 피드백-성찰-개선 역량으로 구성하였다. 적응기 교육과정은 학생, 교육과정, 수업 설계에 대한 이해와 실습을 중심으로, 성장기 교육과정은 개별 프로그램에서 배운 내용을 종합적으로 적용하여 스스로 수업, 평가 설계·개발 및 개선할 수 있는 역량을 중심으로, 발전기 교육과정은 영역별 전문가 되기를 중심으로, 나눔기 교육과정은 리더, 멘토 역할이 가능하도록 학교 내 협력적 문제 해결을 위한 컨설팅 및 코칭 전략을 중심으로 설계하였다. 본 연구는 교수학습-평가 역량 함양에 중점을 두고 교사의 생애주기에 따라 필요한 역량별 프로그램을 구체적, 체계적으로 제안하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a life-cycle-based teacher education curriculum to strengthen secondary school teachers’ teaching, learning, and assessment competencies. The curriculum responds to recent educational transformations such as the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies, and the shift toward process-based assessment. The curriculum was initially constructed based on literature reviews and focus group interviews, then validated through a two-round Delphi study with ten experts. The teacher life cycle was conceptualized in four stages - adaptation, growth, advancement, and contribution - within a dynamic developmental framework. Competencies were structured into three domains: designing instruction and assessment; implementing instruction and process-based assessment; and engaging in feedback, professional reflection, and instructional improvements. The adaptation stage emphasizes understanding students, curricula, and instructional design through guided practice. The growth stage focuses on autonomous lesson and assessment design, implementation, and revision. The advancement stage develops subject-specific instructional expertise, and the contribution stage fosters leadership and mentorship through collaborative problem-solving, consulting, and coaching in school contexts. The contribution of this study lies in its systematic proposal of stage-specific programs aligned with the teacher life cycle, emphasizing the development of teaching, learning, and assessment competencies.
