국문 초록

본 연구는 교원의 디지털 역량 강화를 위한 마이크로 디그리 설계 및 디지털 배지 적용 방안을 탐색하였다. 선행연구와 델파이 조사를 바탕으로, 교원 디지털 역량 프레임워크를 4개 영역으로 구성하고, 기존 연수 과정에 해당 영역을 라벨링하여 10학점을 기준으로 마이크로 디그리 설계를 제안하였다. 또한, 디지털 배지는 각 영역과 하위 주제별로 3단계로 구분하고, 수업 적용 및 실습 기반의 인증 조건을 포함한 배지 수여 기준을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 지역 교육청 및 외부 인정 기관의 연수 과정을 활용하여 유연한 마이크로 디그리 체계를 운영할 수 있으며, 디지털 배지의 단계적 설계는 교원의 자기주도적 역량 개발을 유도하는 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 경북 지역을 중심으로 이루어졌으므로 일반화에는 한계가 있으나, 전국적 확산을 위한 정책적·실천적 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study explores the design of microdegrees and the application of digital badges to enhance teachers’ digital competency. Drawing on prior research and a Delphi survey, the Teacher Digital Competency Framework was structured into four domains, and existing training programs were mapped to these domains to propose a microdegree design based on a 10-credit system. Digital badges were further organized into three levels for each domain and sub-domain, with awarding criteria established to include instructional implementation and practice-based certification. The results suggest that regional offices of education and accredited institutions can flexibly operate a microdegree system by utilizing existing training programs, and that the tiered design of digital badges serves as an effective mechanism to foster teachers’ self-directed professional development. Although the study is limited by its focus on the Gyeongbuk region, it provides meaningful practical and policy implications for broader nationwide application.
