헬스케어 및 의료기기 디자인은 기술 발전과 사용자 요구의 변화에 따라 다양한 방식으로 발전되어 왔지만, 선행 연구가 어떤 대상과 접근 방식에 초점을 두고 발전해 왔는지를 체계적으로 정리한 문헌 고찰 사례는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 지난 10년간 2016년부터 2025년까지 국내에서 발표된 59편의 헬스케어 및 의료기기 디자인 문헌을 분석하여 시기별 변화, 사용자군, 연구 접근 방식에 따른 경향을 분석하고, 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 초기 연구는 기능 구현 중심의 연구가 많았고, 이후에는 정보 제공과 반복 사용을 고려한 사용자 중심 접근이 비교적 두드러지게 나타났다. 환자를 중심으로 한 연구는 다수 확인 된 반면, 의료진을 디자인의 사용자군으로 설정한 연구는 한정적으로 나타났다. 또한, 연구 대상 문헌에서 실증적 연구의 비중이 높은 반면, 이론적 논의와의 연계는 상대적으로 적은 수준에 머물렀다.

영문 초록

Healthcare and medical device design has developed in various directions in response to technological advances and changing user needs. However, few studies have systematically organized the research focus in terms of target groups and methodological approaches. This study analyzes 59 literature published in South Korea over the past ten years on healthcare and medical device design, identifying trends by period, user group, and research approach. The findings show that early studies often focused on technical implementation, while later research more frequently addressed user-centered topics such as information delivery and repeated use. Studies involving patients were more common, while those focusing on medical professionals appeared more limited. Empirical studies were relatively prevalent, whereas theoretical discussions remained less integrated.
