국문 초록

도시공원은 시민들에게 여가, 휴식, 건강 증진 등 다양한 휴양(Recreation) 서비스를 제공하는 핵심적인 공공공간으로, 많은 즐거움과 만족감을 제공한다. 그러나 도시화가 가속됨에 따라 도시공원 내 오락 및 서비스 콘텐츠 부족, 기반 시설의 미비, 운영의 비효율성등 다양한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국 내 심양식물원을 사례로 선정하여, 관련 사례 조사 및 분석, 설문조사를 통해 도시공원의 휴양 만족도에 대한 탐색적 연구를 수행하였다. 우선, 이론적 고찰을 통해 주요 변수의 개념을 범주화하고, 연구 모형의 이론적 틀을 수립하였다. 이어, 심양식물원에 대한 현장 조사를 바탕으로 도시공원의 휴양 만족도와 관련된 문제점을 도출하였다. 이후, 휴양 수요와 지각이론을 결합하여 도시공원의 휴양 만족도 모형을 구축하고, 설문을 통해 설정된 가설을 검증하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과 휴양에 대한 기대는 지각된 품질과 지각된 가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 지각된 품질과 가치는 휴양 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 휴양 기대와 휴양 만족 간에 부정적인 상관관계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 휴양 기대와 휴양 만족도 사이에도 직·간접적인 관계가 있음을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 연구 결과를 통해 도시공원의 서비스 제공과 관리 역량 강화, 서비스 품질 향상등을 통해 방문객의 기대와 실제 경험 간의 격차를 줄이고, 궁극적으로 이용자의 충성도를 높일 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 휴양 기대, 지각된 품질, 지각된 가치, 그리고 휴양 만족도 간의 관계를 이론적으로 탐색하고 실증적으로 규명함으로써, 도시공원의 휴양 전략 수립과 방문객 기대 관리, 휴양 경험 향상을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Urban parks serve as essential public spaces that provide citizens with a variety of recreational services, including leisure, relaxation, and health enhancement. These parks offer considerable enjoyment and satisfaction to visitors. However, with the acceleration of urbanization, numerous issues have emerged, such as deficiencies in recreational services, infrastructure, and overall service quality in urban parks. This study conducts an exploratory investigation into recreational satisfaction in urban parks, focusing on Shenyang Botanical Garden in China as the case site. Through a combination of case analysis, field research, and survey methods, the study aims to explore the factors influencing recreational satisfaction in urban parks. Initially, a theoretical review was undertaken to categorize the conceptual variables and establish a theoretical foundation for the proposed model. Subsequently, field investigations at Shenyang Botanical Garden were conducted to identify current issues related to recreational satisfaction in urban parks. Based on perceived value theory and incorporating recreational demand, a conceptual model of recreational satisfaction was constructed and hypotheses were tested through a structured questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results revealed that recreational expectations had a negative impact on perceived quality and perceived value, while both perceived quality and perceived value had a positive effect on recreational satisfaction. This indicates a negative correlation between recreational expectations and satisfaction. Moreover, a significant correlation was also found between recreational expectations and recreational satisfaction. The findings suggest that by improving service provision, strengthening park management, and enhancing service quality, urban parks can better align visitor expectations with actual experiences, thereby increasing visitor loyalty. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the relationships among recreational expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, and recreational satisfaction. It offers valuable insights for strategically planning urban park recreational services, managing visitor expectations more effectively, and ultimately enhancing the recreational experience and satisfaction of park users.
