경력에 따른 유아교사의 자아탄력성, 자기결정성이 유아교사효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 자아탄력성과 자기결정성 요인이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, Katz(1985)의 교사발달단계이론을 근거로 한 유아교사의 교직경력에 따라 이들 요인들이 맺는 관계의 유형에 차이가 있는지를 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 대구 경북지역 유치원에 재직 중인 유치원 교사 285명으로 구성되어 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사의 자아탄력성, 자기결정성 및 교사효능감은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인적 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 유능감, 긍정적 미래지향성, 감정조절요인이, 일반적 교사효능감에는 관계성, 긍정적 미래지향성, 흥미와 관심의 다양성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 자아탄력성 및 자기결정성이 교사효능감과 맺는 구조적 관계에서 경력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 저경력 교사의 경우 개인적 교사효능감과 일반적 교사효능감에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인이 유능감, 긍정적 미래지향성, 자율성으로 동일하였으나 유능감과 긍정적 미래지향성은 정적영향을, 자율성은 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고경력 교사의 경우에는 개인적 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 유능감과 감정조절이 정적 영향을 미치며, 일반적 교사효능감에는 관계성, 흥미와 관심의 다양성이 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

To improve the quality of early childhood education, this thesis tried to determine how ego-resilience and self-determination affect teacher efficacy and clarify there is any difference in the types of relatedness these two factors have in accordance with the careers of early childhood teachers based on Katz's developmental stages of teachers(1985). For this study, a total of 285 participants was surveyed who worked at kindergartens in the Daegu & Gyeongbuk area.The results obtained in the study are as follows. First, early childhood teachers' ego-resilience, self-determination and teacher efficacy have a positive correlation. Competence, which is a sub-factor of self-determination, positive future orientation, which is a sub-factor of ego-resilience and emotion control have effects on personal teaching efficacy in that order. The relatedness of self-determination, positive future orientation, and diversity of interest and concern have an impact on general teaching efficacy in that order. Second, in the case of difference by careers in structural relatedness of ego-resilience and self-determination with teacher efficacy, competence, positive future orientation, and autonomy have significant effects on both the personal teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy of less experienced teachers. However, competence and positive future orientation are positive, contrariwise, and autonomy negative. In the case of highly experienced teachers, competence and emotion control positively affect personal teaching efficacy, relatedness and diversity of interest and diversity of interest and concern affirmatively influence general teaching efficacy.
