국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가변형 들것(Variable Stretcher, VS)과 긴 척추 고정판(Long Back Board, LBB)을 활용한 2인 환자 운반법을 PATHKOSHA 기법으로 분석하여 근골격계 질환 위험성을 평가하는 데 있다. 연구 결과, 2인 환자 운반법은 들것 종류에 상관없이 작업 자세 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 전국 평균 68%에 머물러 있는 구급대원 3인 탑승률을 100%로 높이려는 인원 증원이 필요하며, 과체중 또는 비좁은 공간 등에서 환자 운반 시에는 펌뷸런스 등을 활용한 4인 운반법이 정착되어야 할 것이다. 또한 소방학교에서는 교수(교관)의 개인 경험치에 의존한 환자 운반 교육을 탈피하고, 표준화된 환자 운반 프로그램을 개발 및 보급하여 운영되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the risk of musculoskeletal disorders by analyzing the two-person patient transport method using a variable stretcher (VS) and a long back board (LBB) with the PATH-KOSHA technique. The results of the study showed that the two-person patient transport method requires improvements in work posture, regardless of the type of stretcher used. To address this, it is necessary to increase the number of emergency medical personnel to to achieve a 100% occupancy rate, as the current national average is only 68%. Additionally, in cases where patients are overweight or in confined spaces, a four-person transport method using a pump-ambulances should be established. Also, National Fire Academies should move away from patient transport education that relies on instructors’ personal experience and instead develop, distribute, and implement standardized patient transport programs.
