국문 초록

이 연구는 해양경찰관의 불안 및 회피 애착 유형이 이중몰입(조직몰입, 경력몰입)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 해양경찰공무원 163명을 대상으로 성인 애착 척도(RAAS)와 이중몰입 척도를 활용한 설문 조사를 수행하였으며, SPSS 25.0을 통해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 불안 애착은 조직몰입과 경력몰입에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회피 애착은 조직몰입에 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였으나 경력몰입과는 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 확인되지 않았다. 이는 해양경찰관의 애착 불안이 대인관계에서의 과도한 경계심과 실패 두려움으로 인해 조직 및 경력 목표 추구를 저해함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 애착 기반 심리 지원 프로그램 개발과 조직 차원의 맞춤형 멘토링 시스템 도입 필요성을 제언하며, 해양경찰 조직의 인적자원관리 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study empirically analyzes how anxious and avoidant attachment styles affect dual commitment (organizational and career commitment) among maritime police officers. Using a survey of 163 maritime police officers, data were collected through the Revised Adult Attachment Scale (RAAS) and dual commitment measures, with multiple regression analysis conducted via SPSS 25.0. Results indicated that anxious attachment negatively impacts both organizational commitment and career commitment. Avoidant attachment showed a significant negative correlation with organizational commitment, but no statistically significant relationship with career commitment. These findings suggest that attachment anxiety in maritime police officers hinders the pursuit of organizational and career goals due to excessive vigilance and fear of failure in interpersonal interactions. The study proposes developing attachment-based psychological support programs and implementing tailored mentoring systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
