국문 초록

4차 산업혁명 시대, AI와 데이터과학 발전에 따라 의료 환경이 급변하고 있다. 정보 과잉과 신뢰성 부족으로 인한 건강 문해력 향상 및 지식 대중화의 필요성이 부각되는 가운데, 간호학은 기술 융합을 통해 국민 건강증진에 기여해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 본 연구는 간호학의 AI·데이터과학 융합 의미를 고찰하고, 관련 건강지식 대중화를 위한 정책 및 교육적 제언을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 간호학 적용 사례를 분석하여, 기존 연구의 한계점을 파악하고 극복 방안을 모색하고자 시도한 종설 연구이다. AI·데이터과학은 간호학 실무를 고도화하고 건강지식 대중화에 기여할 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 그러나 AI접목 시도가 아직 초기 단계에 머물러 있어 현장 적용과 제도적 뒷받침이 미흡하며, 간호 교육의 융합적 역량 강화가 요구된다. 간호학은 AI·데이터과학 융합을 통해 건강 문해력 향상 및 건강지식 대중화를 위해 학계와 산업계의 협력 및 교육 과정 개편 등 정책적·교육적 노력을 통해 간호사의 역할 확대를 이루고 환자 중심 건강관리를 실현해야 한다.

영문 초록

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the healthcare environment is rapidly changing due to advancements in AI and data science. Amidst the growing need for improved health literacy and popularization of knowledge amidst information overload and lack of trust, nursing faces the challenge of contributing to the advancement of public health through technological convergence. This study aims to examine the implications of the integration of AI and data science in nursing and to propose policy and educational recommendations for popularizing related health knowledge. This review aims to analyze nursing application cases, identify limitations in existing research, and explore ways to overcome them. AI and data science have the potential to advance nursing practice and contribute to the popularization of health knowledge. However, attempts to integrate AI are still in their infancy, leading to insufficient field application and institutional support. Strengthening the integrated capabilities of nursing education is essential. To improve health literacy and popularize health knowledge through the integration of AI and data science, nursing must expand the role of nurses and realize patient-centered healthcare through policy and educational efforts, including collaboration between academia and industry and curriculum reform.
