사회정서학습의 핵심 역량 측면에서 살펴본 2022 개정 국어과 교육과정 성취기준 분석 - 공통국어1, 공통국어2를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적: 이 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 국어과 교육과정의 공통국어1, 2의 성취기준과 사회정서학습 핵심 역량과의 관련성을 분석하여, 교육과정에 따른 수업을 실현했을 때 교과 수업에서 사회정서학습이 이루어질 수 있는 토대와 가능성을 찾아보고 국어교육에서의 사회정서학습 실현 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 방법: 공통국어1, 2 교육과정의 ‘성취기준’ 및 ‘성취기준 해설’, ‘성취기준 적용 시 고려 사항’을 분석 대상으로 선정하여 관련된 사회정서학습의 다섯 가지 핵심 역량과의 관련성을 분석하였고 전문가 검토를 거쳐 결과를 도출하였다. 결과: 총 29개의 성취기준에서 사회정서학습의 핵심 역량이 포함되지 않는 경우는 없었으며 다섯 가지 핵심 역량 중 적어도 세 개 이상을 포함하여 공통국어1, 2의 성취기준이 사회정서학습과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 결론: 분석 결과는 교과 수업 내에서 충분히 사회정서학습 역량 및 하위 기술을 배울 수 있는 가능성을 드러내며, 이는 실제로 각 역량과 관련된 지점들이 수업 안에서 이루어질 때 사회정서학습 핵심 역량이 개발될 수 있음을 전제로 한다. 이를 토대로 논의할 지점과 역량별 실현 방식을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study analyzes the relationship between achievement standards of Common Korean Language 1 and 2 in the 2022 revised Korean language curriculum and social-emotional learning core competencies, to identify the foundation and potential for social-emotional learning in subject- based lessons and propose implementation methods for Korean language education. Methods: Achievement standards, explanations, and application considerations for Common Korean Language 1 and 2 were analyzed for relevance to the five social- emotional learning core competencies, with results derived through expert review. Results: All 29 achievement standards contained social- emotional learning core competencies, with each including at least three of the five core competencies, indicating a close relationship between achievement standards and social-emotional learning. Conclusion: The analysis results reveal the possibility of sufficiently learning social-emotional learning competencies and sub-skills within subject classes, assuming that social-emotional learning core competencies can be developed when points related to each competency are implemented in class. Based on this, points for discussion and competency- specific implementation methods were proposed.
