국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한·중·일FTA의 경제적 파급효과를 동태CGE모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 한·중·일FTA의 경제적 파급효과 분석에 활용해 온 기존의 CGE모형이 대부분 정태모형이었으며, 한·중·일FTA가 한·중·일 3국간에 동시에 일어나는 것으로 가정하여 한·중·일FTA의 경제적 영향을 분석하였는데 현실적이지 못하다는 비판을 받았다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 동태CGE모형을 이용하여 한·일FTA(2006년‐2015년)가 먼저 이루어진 후, 한·중FTA(2008년‐2017년) 및 중·일FTA(2010년‐2019년)가 순차적으로 이루어지면서 궁극적으로 한·중·일FTA가 이루어지는 것으로 가정하여 한·중·일FTA의 경제적 효과를 분석하였다. 또한 한·중·일간 교역의 흐름 이외에 FDI의 흐름을 모형에 포함한 것이 주요한 특징이다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 지면관계상 실질GDP, 후생수준, 수출입, 무역수지, 교역조건, 산업별 생산, 외국인투자, 자본스톡 등에 미치는 영향만 기술하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to conduct a quantitative assessment of the potential economic impact of a step‐by‐step trade liberalization among China, Japan and Korea in terms of a China‐Japan‐Korea free trade agreement (C‐J‐K FTA), which includes differential liberalization regimes: first a Japan‐Korea FTA, followed by a China‐Korea FTA and a China‐Japan FTA and to examine whether a C‐J‐K FTA can play an important role in enhancing the attractiveness of Korea, Japan, and China as destinations for foreign investment. A multi‐region, multi‐sector recursive‐dynamic CGE model is used for analysis, which places international mobility of capital at the forefront, thus providing a useful vehicle for exploring the impact of a C.J.K FTA on economic growth and foreign investment in Korea, Japan, and China.
