국문 초록

부정적 치료반응은 관계적 문제에서 비롯된 심리적 장애와 연결되어 있으며 치료 상황에서 치료사와 내담자 사이의 전이와 역전이 속에서 작동한다. 목회 상담자는 선입견적 판단을 중지하고 상호주관성을 토대로 한 성찰적 존재로 내담자-신자가 재경험을 하도록 함께하는 존재이어야 한다. 본 논문은 정신분석적 이론에서 상호주관성을 중심으로 부정적 치료반응에 대해 살피고 목회적 차원에서 이 이론의 연결성과 적용의 시사점을 언급하고자 한다. 고전적 관점에서 부정적 치료반응은 내담자의 문제에 중심을 두었으나 상호주관적 관점에서는 분석가의 역전이가 부정적 치료반응의 원인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점을 보여준다. 목회 현장에서도 유사한 일들이 일어날 수 있는데 연구자는 이러한 양상을 정신분석 문헌을 토대로 고전적 관점에서 상호주관적 관점으로 이행된 점과 관련하여 이론적 배경의 연관성을 살피고 성서 본문에 관한 연구와 사례구성을 통해 상호주관적 관계에서 부정적 치료반응에 대한 이해가 목회 상담의 상황에서 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지를 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

The negative therapeutic reaction is connected to psychological disturbances arising from relational problems and operates within the transference-countertransference dynamics between therapist and client. A pastoral counselor, suspending prejudicial judgment, should serve as a reflective presence grounded in intersubjectivity, accompanying the counselee-believer in a process of re-experiencing. This study explores the negative therapeutic reaction with a focus on intersubjectivity in psychoanalytic theory and discusses its implications for pastoral counseling. While the classical perspective attributed the reaction primarily to the client’s issues, the intersubjective perspective also considers the countertransference of the analyst as a contributing factor a dynamic that may similarly arise in pastoral settings. Drawing on psychoanalytic literature, this study examines the continuity between classical and intersubjective perspectives and, through engagement with biblical texts and case construction, considers how an intersubjective understanding of the negative therapeutic reaction may be applied within pastoral counseling.
