국문 초록

본 연구는 공연예술축제 관람객을 대상으로 체험요소와 행동의도 간의 관계에서 서비스스케이프의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 M지역 공연예술축제에 방문한 관람객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS macro(Model 4)를 활용하여 병렬다중매개분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 체험요소는 행동의도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 서비스스케이프는 이 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 편의성, 청결성, 서비스성은 유의한 매개효과를 보였으나 디자인성은 유의하지 않았다. 이는 공연예술축제에서 관람객의 몰입적 체험이 서비스 환경에 대한 긍정적 평가로 이어지고 이에 대한 평가는 행동의도를 강화하는 경로로 작용함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 공연예술축제의 관람 경험을 향상시키기 위한 서비스스케이프의 전략적 설계 방향을 제시하며 관람객 중심의 축제 운영 방안 마련을 위한 실천적 근거를 제공한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of servicescape in the relationship between experiential elements and behavioral intentions among attendees of a performing arts festival. A survey was conducted with visitors to a performing arts festival in Region M, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS macro (Model 4) through parallel multiple mediation analysis. The results indicated that experiential elements had a significant positive effect on behavioral intentions. Among the sub-dimensions of servicescape, convenience, cleanliness, and service quality showed significant mediating effects, whereas design aesthetics did not. These findings suggest that immersive experiences during performing arts festivals lead to favorable evaluations of the service environment, which in turn enhance audience behavioral intentions. This study provides practical implications for strategically designing servicescape elements to improve the audience experience and offers actionable insights for audience-centered festival management.
