국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 베트남 유학생을 대상으로 문화지능이 문화적응 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 2024년 11월부터 12월까지 베트남 어학연수생 90명(44.1%)과 학부생 114명(55.9%) 총 204명의 설문을 SPSS. 28을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 베트남 어학연수생은 언어사용 영역에서의 문화적응 스트레스가 높게 나타났고, 학부생은 모든 영역에서의 문화지능이 더 높게 나타났다. 문화지능과 문화적응 스트레스간에 가장 유의한 상관관계를 보인 것은 한국어 사용 스트레스로, 모든 문화지능 하위 요인과 유의한 부적 상관을 보였다. 특히 체류 기간과 한국어 수준에 따른 체계적인 교육지원 체계의 필요성을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 증가하고 있는 베트남 유학생에 대한 보다 깊은 이해와 효과적인 한국어 학습 및 상호문화역량 증진의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of cultural intelligence on cultural adaptation stress among Vietnamese students in Korea. For the study, a total of 204 people, 90 (44.1%) Vietnamese language students and 114 (55.9%) undergraduates (55.9%) were surveyed from November to December 2024 by SPSS. 28. As a result of the analysis, Vietnamese language students showed higher cultural adaptation stress in the area of language use, while undergraduates showed higher cultural intelligence in all areas. The most significant correlation between cultural intelligence and cultural adaptation stress was Korean-speaking stress, which showed a significant negative correlation with all cultural intelligence subfactors. In particular, the need for a systematic educational support system according to the length of stay and the level of Korean language was specifically suggested. Through this, we aimed to provide a deeper understanding of the increasing number of Vietnamese international students and to suggest a direction for effective Korean language learning and promotion of intercultural competence.
