국문 초록

4차 산업혁명은 교육에 새로운 도전을 제시하였다. 교사가 지각된 직업 정체성의영향요인에 대한 연구는 교사의 전문성 제고, 국사교육사업의 혁신에 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 교사가 지각된 직업 정체성 영향요인을 분석하고자 하고 그결과에 따라서 향후의 연구방향을 제시하는데 있다. 2000년 이후 CNKI의 298개의 중국문헌을 연구대상으로 삼아 빈도분석, 문헌연구, 귀납법 등을 통해 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 먼저, 2010년 이후 ,중국교사가 지각된 직업 정체성의 영향요인에대한 연구가 빠른 성장기에 진입하여 2017년에 정점을 찍고 그 중 석사논문이 가장많았다. 정량적 연구는 절대적인 우세를 보이고 있으나 국가급 기금 지원연구는 많이없었다.연구를 통해 교사각 지각된 직업정체성의 영향요인은 개인요인 및 환경요인이 포함된다. 개인요인중 개인특성요인과 개인전기요인을 포함한다; 환경요인중 학교요인(물질요인,인문요인)과 사회요인(사회지지와 기대,사회문화와 여론, 사회정책)을포함한다.

영문 초록

The fourth industrial revolution takes great challenges to education. Studying the influence factors of teachers professional identity is of great significance for promoting teachers development and innovating national education. This paper aims to analyze the researches on factors affecting Chinese teachers’professional identity. 298 Chinese papers from CNKI from 2000 to 2019 are selected. Analysis methods include frequency analysis method, literature method and induction method. Results are as follows: Firstly, the research entered a rapid growth period after 2010, reaching peak in 2017. Secondly, master theses take the most proportion. Thirdly, quantitative research has an absolute advantage. Fourth, few researches supported by national fund. Fifth, influence factors include individual factors and environmental factors. Individual factors include characteristics factors and biographical factors; environmental factors include school factors(material factors, humanistic factors) and social factors(social support and expectation, social culture and opinion, society policy).
