국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 미술치료가 다문화가정 ADHD 아동의 문제행동 감소와 부-자의 관계 회복에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 B시 청소년 센터의 다문화가정 지원 사업의 일환으로 2017년 9월부터 2018년 3월까지이며 매주 1회 90분씩 12회기를 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 ADHD 진단을 받은 초등학교 3학년 남아와 아버지이다. 본 연구에서는 ADHD 아동의 문제행동 변화를 알아보기 위해 의사소통 유형검사와 행동 관찰지를 이용하여 사전, 사후 변화를 관찰하고 기록한 후 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부-자가 함께 참여한 미술치료프로그램은 다문화 가정 ADHD 아동의 행동 관찰지 분석 결과 문제행동의 감소를 보였다. 둘째, 미술치료 프로그램은 부-자간의 자연스러운 의사소통을 하게하여 관계회복에 도움을 주었다. 이상의 결과는 부-자 참여의 미술치료가 다문화가정 ADHD 아동의 문제행동 감소와 부모와의 관계를 개선시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of art therapy on the reduction of problem behaviors of child with ADHD and the restoration of father- son relationship in a multicultural family. This study was conducted from September 2017 to March 2018 as part of the multicultural family support project of the B City Youth Center. The art therapy program was conducted 12 sessions of 90 minutes once a week. This study subjects were a father and a boy of 3 grade of elementary school who had been diagnosed with ADHD. In this study, in order to investigate the change in problem behavior of ADHD children, pre- and post-changes were observed and recorded using communication type tests and behavior observation sheets for analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, the art therapy program in which both the father and the child participated showed a decrease in problem behavior as a result of analyzing behavioral observations of the child with ADHD in the multicultural family. Second, the art therapy program helped to restore the relationship by allowing communication of positive language use between the father and the son. The above results can be used as a basic data to improve the relationship between parents and the problem behaviors of ADHD children in multicultural families by art therapy with parents and children participation. The above results can be used as a basic data for art therapy with parent-children participation to reduce problem behavior of children with ADHD in multicultural families and improve relationship between them.
