국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 북한이탈주민의 사회통합 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내·외 문헌 연구를 수행한 후 북한이탈주민 20명을 개별 심층 면접하여 상위 구인 요소와 하위 구인 요소를 구성했다. 다음은 북한이탈주민 10명으로 구성된 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 내용 타당성을 검토한 후, 연구 자료는 척도개발 전문가의 조력을 받아 북한이탈주민의 사회통합 척도 예비 문항을 구성했다. 본 연구의 대상은 전국에 거주하고 있는 북한이탈주민 204명으로부터 예비조사를 실시했다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0, AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 탐색적 요인 분석과 확인적 요인 분석을 실시했다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과, 7요인, 전체 문항 수는 총 24문항으로 구성되었다. 구체적 하위 요인은 ‘문화 통합’, ‘사회참여’, ‘영토적 소속감’, ‘사회적 연대 의식’, ‘지역사회에 대한 소속감’, ‘사회적 연결’, ‘신뢰감’으로 명명했다. 연구모형의 적합성 검증을 위해 확인적 요인 분석을 실시한 결과 RMSEA, CFI, TLI 수치는 양호한 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a social integration scale for North Korean defectors. To this end, after conducting a domestic and foreign literature study, 20 North Korean defectors were individually interviewed in-depth to compose upper and lower job search elements. Next, after reviewing the content validity through a focus group interview consisting of 10 North Korean defectors, the research data consisted of preliminary questions for the social integration scale of North Korean defectors with the help of scale development experts. The subjects of this study were a preliminary survey from 204 North Korean defectors residing across the country. For data analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 26.0. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, the total number of questions, 7 factors, and the total number of questions, consisted of a total of 24 questions. Specific sub-factors were named as 'cultural integration', 'social participation', 'territorial sense of belonging', 'social solidarity', 'sense of belonging to the community', 'social connection', and 'trust'. As a result of conducting confirmatory factor analysis to verify the suitability of the research model, the RMSEA, CFI, and TLI values were confirmed to be good.
