국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 AI리터러시 수준과 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결능력 간의 일반적 배경에 따른 차이와 상관관계를 탐색하고자, 국내 2개 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 235명을 대상으로 구조화된 자가보고식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석(ANOVA), Scheffé 사후검정 및 Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 주요 변수의 차이를 검증한 결과, 학년, 전공만족도, AI 관련 교과목 이수 경험 등에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히, AI 교과목을 이수한 학생이 비이수자보다 인공지능 리터러시와 문제해결능력 평균 점수가 유의하게 높았다. 전공만족도가 높은 학생군이 낮은 학생군보다 자기효능감과 사회적 문제해결능력이 유의하게 높았으며, 비판적 사고성향은 학년에 따라 차이를 보여, 4학년 학생이 1~2학년보다 평균 점수가 높게 나타났다. 상관관계 분석 결과, AI리터러시, 비판적 사고성향, 자기효능감, 사회적 문제해결능력 간에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 사회적 문제해결능력 향상을 위해 AI리터러시를 기반으로 한 교육전략이 유효하며, 동시에 비판적 사고성향과 자기효능감을 함께 강화하는 통합적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the differences and correlations among nursing students’ levels of artificial intelligence(AI) literacy, critical thinking disposition, self-efficacy, and social problem-solving ability according to their general background characteristics. A structured self-report questionnaire was administered to 235 nursing students enrolled in two nursing colleges in South Korea. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 with descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post hoc tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results revealed significant differences in the main variables according to grade level, major satisfaction, and experience in taking AI-related courses. Specifically, students who had completed AI-related courses showed significantly higher mean scores in AI literacy and problem-solving ability compared to those who had not. Students with higher levels of major satisfaction demonstrated greater self-efficacy and social problem-solving ability, while fourth-year students exhibited higher levels of critical thinking disposition than first-and second-year students. Correlation analysis showed statistically significant positive correlations among AI literacy, critical thinking disposition, self-efficacy, and social problem-solving ability. These findings suggest that educational strategies based on AI literacy can effectively enhance nursing students’ social problem-solving ability. Furthermore, an integrated educational approach that simultaneously strengthens critical thinking disposition and self-efficacy is essential to foster well-prepared future nurses capable of utilizing AI in healthcare contexts.
