중등학교 특수학급의 교육과정과 수업에 대한 구성요인 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 전국의 중등학교 특수학급 교사 280명을 대상으로 교육과정과 수업의 구성요인을 알아보기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 중등학교 특수학급 교사는 수업실행에 있어서 교육과정 구성체제와 운영의 필요성에 대하여 비교적 잘 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 수업설계와 수업실행의 중요성도 잘 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 중등학교 특수학급 교사는 수업 실제에서 교육과정을 절대적 기준으로 활용하지 않는다. 그리고 중등학교 특수학급 교사는 특수학급 수업실행 과정에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수로 수업설계 방법과 수업실행 방법으로 인식한다. 이 연구에서는 중등학교 특수학급 교사는 교실 수업의 실행과정에서 교육과정과 수업 등의 관련성에 대한 인식 수준은 높으나, 수업실행을 위한 실제와는 차이가 있음을 알게 되었다. 특수학급 수업의 구성은 다양한 장애유형의 학생을 지도하기 위하여 여러 교육과정의 기준 또는 지침보다는 수업에서의 학생 수행 능력 또는 행동의 객관적 관철에 기초한 개별화수업계획 등이 적용되고 있음을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to illustrate the structure factor in teaching performance at special class in the secondary school. 280 teachers of the special classes in secondary school. The questionnaire which is divided into two parts, one is curriculum and the other one is teaching. Also the curriculum is divided into two parts, curriculum structure 11 questions and curriculum operation 12 questions. The teaching is divided into two parts, instructional design 12 questions and teaching performance 11 questions. The results were that: (a) the special class teachers understood the importance of the curriculum, however the curriculum was not utilized on the instruction performance in special class; (b) the special class teachers knew the importance of the instruction, however instruction design and the method of the teaching performance were main factors in teaching the students with disabilities; and (c) the special class teachers understood the importances of the corelation between curriculum and instruction, however the teachers considered the factors of the instruction design and the method of the teaching performance in teaching performance in the special class. Therefore this study concluded that the special class teachers in the secondary school knew that the curriculum is important, however, the teachers did not utilize the curriculum factors in the teaching performance.
