초등학교 통합학급 교사의 교육과정에 대한 실천지식과 이해 수준 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합학급 교사의 교육과정에 대한 실천지식과 특수교육 교육과정의 이해 수준 차이를 분석하고 그의 관계를 분석하려는 것이다. 이것은 통학학급 교사의 특수교육에 대한 책무성을 강화하고 교육과정의 이해 수준을 높일 방안의 기초자료가 될 것이다. 이를 위하여 통합학급 교사 161명을 대상으로 질문지법을 통하여 자료를 수집하여 일원변량분석, t검증, 그리고 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 밝혀진 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합학급 교사의 경력, 연수횟수, 교과연구 단체활동 유무 등은 교육과정에 대한 실천지식을 설명하는 중요요인이었다. 둘째, 통합학급 교사의 특수교육 교육과정 이해 수준은 일반학교 교육과정 이해 수준보다 상대적으로 낮았다 셋째, 초등학교 통합학급 교사의 교육과정 실천지식은 일반학교 교육과정의 이해 수준보다 특수학교 교육과정의 이해 수준이 더 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 이러한 측면에서 통합학급 교사의 특수교육 책무성을 강화하고 특수교육 교육과정의 이해 수준을 향상시킬 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study intended to analyze relationships comprehension level between curricular practical knowledges and special education curriculum of inclusive teachers at elementary schools. These would be a baseline data strengthening responsibilities of special education and improving comprehension level of special education curriculum for inclusive classroom teachers. This subjects were 161 inclusive classroom teachers, and the questionnaire were collected from these teachers. This study materials analyzed one way ANOVA, t-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The result are analyze as follow. First, it was major factors to explain curricular practical knowledges that inclusive teachers' career, the number of inservice training, existence and nonexistence of academic activity. Second, curriculum comprehensive the level of inclusive classroom teachers was higher general education curriculum than special education curriculum. Third, the curricular practical knowledges of inclusive classroom teachers were close related to special education curriculum than general education curriculum. For the these results, this study was come up with strengthening responsibilities of special education and improving comprehension level of special education curriculum for inclusive classroom teachers.
