특수교육 기본 교육과정의 구성 체제 개선 요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 특수교육 기본 교육과정의 적합성 제고를 위하여 그 구성 체제의 개선 요구를 분석하는데 목적을 두고, 전국의 특수학교와 특수학급에 재직 중인 특수교육 교사들을 선정하여 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 특수교육 교사들은 특수교육 기본 교육과정에 초ㆍ중등학교와 동일한 학년군을 설정할 것을 요구하며, 학년군별 교육내용을 초등학교 1∼2학년의 경우 기본 생활습관 형성 및 기초적인 학습내용을 중심으로 구성하고, 초등학교 3∼4학년, 초등학교 5∼6학년, 중학교 1∼3학년, 고등학교 1∼3학년은 해당 학년 초․중등학교 교육과정의 기본적인 교육내용을 대체하는 대안적인 교육내용으로 구성할 것을 요구하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러므로 특수교육 기본 교육과정은 구성 체제를 초․중등학교와 동일하게 5개 학년군으로 구분하고, 초등학교 1∼2학년은 기본 생활습관 형성 및 기초적인 학습내용을 중심으로 교육내용을 구성하고, 초등학교 3학년부터 고등학교 3학년까지는 해당 학년 일반교육 교육과정의 기본적인 내용을 대체하는 대안적인 내용으로 교육내용을 구성하는 것이 적합할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analysing the requirement for improvement a organization system of special education fundamental curriculum to solve the problems in constituting the 3 steps of Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ level of the curriculum a. To achieve this purpose, this study select special education teachers who works at special school and/or special classrooms throughout the country with intent, and inspect and analyse the needs by three times of Delphi method. The results are as follow. First, special education teachers required the dividing of grade-band to special education fundamental curriculum as same as that of elementary and secondary school and constituting grade-band by track or level Second, special education teachers require that the contents for each grade-band of special education fundamental curriculum should be centered on formation of basic life habit and basic contents for 1∼2 grade of elementary school, and the other hand, the contents for 3∼4 grade and 5∼6 grade of elementary school, 1∼3 grade of middle school, and 1∼3 grade of high school are should be composed of alternative contents instead of fundamental contents for curriculum of elementary and secondary curriculum. Therefore, special education fundamental curriculum should expand its concept for curriculum from 3 steps to 5 steps by setting up same grade-band as elementary and secondary school. And, The contents of curriculum should be centered on formation basic life habit and basic contents in 1∼2 grade of elementary school, but the contents should be substituted by alternative ones in lieu of fundamental contents of general education curriculum of each grade level.
