국문 초록

본 연구에서는 환경과 경영 성과, 특히 성과요인과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 환경요인으로서는 사회 문화적 변수와 정치 법적 변수의 유의한 내용을 열거하였다. 특히 사회 문화적 변수가 정치 법적인 변수보다 경영전략에 더욱 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시장특성요인 중, 시장 잠재력, 국가간 동질성, 그리고 경쟁특성 등이 성과요인으로 유의한 영향력이 있다고 분석하였다. 기업특유요인 중에서는 생산, R&D 및 마케팅 능력이 중요한 변수로서 업무의 현지화와 같은 현지화 특성요인들과 같이 투자성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study the relationship between environment and management performance were compared and analyzed. As environmental factors socio-cultural variables and politico-legal variables were analyzed and significant variables were displayed. It was found that management strategies have been held back more by the elements in the socio-cultural environment than the politico-legal situation. On the basis of the performance factors analyzed in this study, the following findings were drawn: The market potential, homogeneity of nations and degree of competition among competitors are significant for positive performance. Of the ownership-specific advantages, productivity and R&D capability, and marketing abilities are as well as localization features significant for positive investment performance.
