국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성 노인의 노후준비도와 성공적 노화의 관계에서 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구자는 5개 지역에 거주하고 있는 60세 이상의 결혼이주여성 노인 376명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver 4.1을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주여성 노인의 노후준비도는 사회적 자본의 하위변인 중 네트워크와 참여에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성 노인의 노후준비도는 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성 노인의 사회적 자본과 성공적 노화의 관계에서 네트워크와 참여는 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 결혼이주여성 노인의 노후준비도는 사회적 자본의 하위변인에 해당하는 네트워크와 참여가 성공적 노화를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of social capital in the relationship between the level of preparedness for old age and successful aging among elderly married immigrant women. The researcher conducted a survey of 376 married immigrant women aged 60 or older living in five regions. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro ver 4.1. The research results are as follows. First, it has been found that the preparation for old age among married immigrant women seniors has a statistically significant impact on social capital's sub-variables of network and participation. Second, the preparation for old age among married immigrant women seniors has been shown to affect successful aging. Thirdly, networks and participation were found to influence successful aging in the relationship between the social capital of married immigrant women and successful aging. Fourthly, the level of retirement preparation among married immigrant women was found to mediate successful aging through networks and participation, which are sub-variables of social capital.
