국문 초록

이 연구는 교사-유아 관계 및 부모-교사 파트너십이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 G시의 유아교육기관에 재원중인 유아 190명과 해당 유아의 담임교사를 선정하였으며, 교사-유아 관계, 부모-교사 파트너십, 사회적 유능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Pearson 상관분석을 진행했으며, 중다회귀분석을 통해 각 변수 간의 관계와 영향을 예측하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 교사-유아 관계와 부모-교사 파트너십은 유아의 사회적 유능감과 전체적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사-유아 관계와 부모-교사 파트너십은 유아의 사회적 유능감을 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 교사-유아 관계 및 부모-교사 파트너십이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 중요한 예측 변인임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The present study aimed to examine the effects of the children's social competence according to teacher-child relationship and parent-teacher partnership. A questionnaire survey concerning teacher-child relationship and parent-teacher partnership, children's social competence was conducted on 190 children attending early childhood education institutions in J city were selected. Province for the purpose of the present study. Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression analysis were conducted with the collected data using SPSS 21.0 software. The data analysis showed that first, teacher-child relationship and children's social competence had an overall significant positive correlation, and teacher-child relationship was a significant predictive factor for children's social competence. Second, parent-teacher partnership and children's social competence had an overall significant positive correlation, and parent-teacher partnership was a significant predictive factor for children's social competence. These results suggest that teacher-child relationship and parent-teacher partnership is an important factor for children's social competence.
