국문 초록

본 연구는 공공기관 지방이전 정책에 따라 나주 혁신도시로 이주한 여성들의 마을공동체 활동 참여를 통한 변화과정을 탐색하여 이들의 안정적인 정착과 성장을 위한 지원방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 나주 혁신도시 이주여성 중 마을공동체 활동 경험이 있는 7명을 대상으로 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고 현상학적 질적 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 혁신도시 이주여성의 마을공동체 활동 참여동기는 정주환경의 불편함, 개인적 친분관계에 의한 이끌림, 내 아이를 잘 키우고 싶은 사적 욕구, 새로운 환경 적응을 위한 평생교육 참여로 나타났다. 참여경험으로는 새로운 경험과 활동성과의 인정, 학습을 통한 새로운 분야 전문가 되어보기, 사회적 역할과 연결망의 자연스러운 확대를 경험하였다. 변화과정에서는 사적인 의도에서 시작한 마을공동체 활동이 평생학습과 공동체 활동의 선순환을 통해 적극적 참여로 변화하였으며, 지역의 다양한 영역으로 역할 수행 범위가 확대되어 소속감과 애착심을 가진 지역민으로 성장하였다.

영문 초록

This study explores the transformation process of women who migrated to Naju Innovation City through village community activities participation, aiming to identify support measures for stable settlement. Using phenomenological qualitative research methods, data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with seven migrant women. Results revealed that participation motivations included settlement inconveniences, personal relationships, child-rearing desires, and lifelong education needs for environmental adaptation. Participation experiences encompassed recognition of new activities, becoming experts through learning, and expanding social roles and networks. The change process showed that community activities, initially driven by private intentions, evolved into active participation through a virtuous cycle of lifelong learning, expanding participants' roles across various regional areas and developing them into local residents with belonging and attachment.
