한국어학과 ‘한국어+ X’ 인재 양성 모델로의 전환 연구 - 중국 치치하얼대학교를 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 몇 년 동안 인공지능 기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 시장에서는 한국어에 능통하고 문화 간 비즈니스 소통 기술을 갖춘 복합형 인재에 대한 수요가 계속 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인재는 탄탄한 한국어 기초를 갖추고, 국제 비즈니스 규칙에 대해 깊이 이해하며, 디지털화와 지능화 도구를 능숙하게 활용하여 한중 양국 간의 협력을 촉진해야 한다. 그러나 전통적인 한국어 전문 교육 방식은 주로 언어 능력의 양성에 중점을 두고 있으며, 문화 간 소통 능력과 기술 응용 능력에 대한 체계적인 훈련이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 단일화된 교육 방식은 학생들이 취업 시장에서 경쟁력이 떨어지고, 기업의 복합형 인재 수요를 충족시키기 어렵게 만든다. 이러한 상황에 대해 각 대학교의 한국어 전공 학생들은 자신의 미래 취업을 우려하고 있으며, 학생들의 요구에 맞춰 원래 전공에서 ‘비즈니즈 한국어+X’라는 인재 양성 교육 과정을 개설하여 국제 경쟁에 더 적합한 한국어 전공 학생들을 양성하는 방향으로 전환하고 있다. 이를 기반으로 본 논문은 한국어 전공 학생의 차원에서 ‘한국어+X’교육 과정 개설의 타당성과 그 필요성에 대해 중국 치치할대학교 한국어학과 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 조사 결과에 따른 인재 양성책과 긍정적 의의에 대해 논의하였다. 앞으로 세계화 과정의 가속화와 과학기술의 지속적인 발전에 따라, 한국어 전공은 교육 및 교수 개혁을 계속 심화하고, 인재 양성 모델을 끊임없이 혁신하여 사회에 더 많은 국제적 시야와 문화 간 소통 능력을 갖춘 고품질 복합형 인재를 양성하고, 장기적인 발전과 글로벌 협력을 촉진하는 데 더 큰 힘을 기여해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in recent years, the market continues to see an increasing demand for complex talents who are fluent in Korean and possess cross-cultural business communication skills. Such talents should have a solid Korean language foundation, have a deep understanding of international business rules, and make the best use of digitalization and intelligence tools to promote cooperation between Korea and China. However, traditional Korean language specialized teaching methods mainly focus on fostering language skills, and lack of systematic training in intercultural communication skills and technical application skills. This unified teaching method makes it difficult for students to become less competitive in the job market and meet the demands of companies for complex talents. In response to this situation, Korean language students at each university are concerned about their future employment, and they are shifting to nurturing Korean language students who are more suitable for international competition by opening a talent training course called 'Korean + X' from their original major to meet their needs. Based on this, this paper conducted a survey of Korean language students at Chichihal University in China on the feasibility and necessity of opening a 'Korean + X' curriculum at the level of Korean language students, and discussed talent training measures and positive significance according to the results of the survey. With the acceleration of the globalization process and the continuous development of science and technology, Korean language majors should continue to deepen education and teaching reforms, constantly innovate talent training models to cultivate high-quality complex talents with more international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills in society, and contribute more to promoting long-term development and global cooperation.
