국문 초록

최근의 세계정보통신산업의 급격한 성장과 발전은 한국 전자부품산업의 규모를 확대시키는 기회를 제공한 반면 규모 확대에 따른 세계시장에서의 치열한 경쟁과 견제는 한국 전자부품산업의 장래를 위협하고 있는 요인이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 위기와 기회가 상존해 있는 한국 전자부품산업의 발전과 성장을 위하여 글로벌 전자기업과의 후방연계 기회를 제공하고 지속적 연계강화를 이루기 위해, 후방연계전략 개발에 앞서 공급자와 구매자 간의 연계결정요인을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 보면 첫째, 공급자의 일반적인 특성이 구매자와의 연계결정에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 이는 공급자의 일반적 특성이 오히려 구매연계에 긍정적인 요건보다는 장애요인이 될 수 있다고 본다. 둘째, 구매자의 평가수준 중에 공급자의 고객서비스수준, 품질수준, 납기준수수준이 구매연계결정에 상당한 영향을 미치며 공급자의 평가수준 중에는 어느 것도 구매연계결정과 관련이 없었다. 셋째, 공급자, 구매자 간 평가수준에 대한 지각의 차이가 크다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 즉 구매자가 중시하는 고객서비스수준, 품질수준, 납기준수수준, 시스템유연성, 구매평가기준에서 공급자들은 중요하게 지각하지 않고 있었고, 공급자는 이러한 지각차이를 극복하지 않고는 구매연계에 큰 장애가 될 수 있을 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통하여 검증된 공급자와 구매자의 지각차이와 평가속성별 구매연계결정과 관련하여 한국 전자부품기업과 효율적으로 후방연계할 수 있는 전략대안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The electronic parts industry in Korea has shown continuos growth with the lobalization of the domestic electronic industry. This study aimed to find new strategies to enhance a continuous linkage in the process of offering the opportunity for backward linkage with global electronic corporations of the world. For this, this study tried to capture the determinants of linkage between suppliers and buyers empirically before eveloping strategies of backward linkage for electronic parts companies. The empirical results were as follows. First, general characteristics of suppliers did not have significant effects on the determinants of linkage between suppliers and buyers. This means that suppliers' general characteristics may have negative effects upon buying linkage. Second, buyers' evaluation attributes such as quality of customer service, product quality, and observance of delivery had significant effects on the determinants of linkage between suppliers and buyers. On the other hand, all of suppliers' evaluation attributes had no relations with the linkage determinants of buying. Third, with regard to the perception and the cognition of evaluation level, there were much differences between suppliers and buyers. Thus especially suppliers have to make an effort to solve this perceptual differences. Finally, based on the empirical results, this study suggested several strategic alternatives for the effective backward linkage to Korean electronic parts corporations.
