국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구는 대학 교수자가 생성형 AI를 교육 전 과정에서 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 지원하는 가이드를 개발하고, 그 타당성을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 설계‧개발연구 방법론을 기반으로 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 고찰을 통해 가이드 초안을 도출한 후, 교육 전문가와 대학 교수자의 검증을 거쳐 최종 가이드를 개발하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 문헌 고찰을 통해 가이드의 개요, 수업 설계, 수업 실행, 수업 평가의 네 영역으로 구분된 초안을 도출하였다. 둘째, 교육 전문가와 대학 교수자의 검증을 통해 가이드의 내용 타당성을 확보하고, 정성적 피드백을 바탕으로 수정‧보완사항을 분석하였다. 셋째, 이를 반영하여 최종 가이드를 개발하였다. 최종 가이드는 핵심 내용, 주요 포함요소, 교수활동의 실천 지침을 포함하여 교수자가 직관적으로 활용할 수 있도록 그 내용을 구성하였다. 논의 및 결론: 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교수자 개인, 대학, 교육기관 차원에서 생성형 AI의 교육적 활용을 위한 시사점을 제시하였으며, 본 연구의 한계와 후속 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and validate a guide that supports university instructors in effectively utilizing generative AI throughout the entire instructional process. Method: Employing the design and development research methodology, the study first derived an initial draft of the guide through a literature review. Subsequently, the guide was reviewed and validated by educational experts and university instructors, leading to the development of the final version. Results: First, based on the literature review, the initial draft of the guide was structured into four domains: overview, instructional design, instructional implementation, and instructional assessment. Second, through validation by educational experts and university instructors, content validity was secured, and qualitative feedback was collected to inform revisions. Third, incorporating this feedback, the final guide was developed, providing university instructors with clearly structured content, key components, and practical instructional guidelines for intuitive application. Conclusion: Based on the study’s findings, implications for the instructional application of generative AI were discussed at the levels of individual instructors, universities, and educational institutions, and the study's limitations and directions for future research were presented.
