국문 초록

본 연구는 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동이 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울시 G구의 어린이집에 재원하는 만 5세 반 유아 40명을 각각 실험집단 20명, 비교집단 20명으로 나누어 구성하였다. 실험집단은 8주간 주 2회씩 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단은 동일한 그림책을 언어영역에 비치하여 유아들이 읽어볼 수 있도록 하였으며, 생활주제에 따른 일반적인 동작 활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동은 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현 능력에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 창의적 동작 활동이 유아의 운동 능력과 창의적 신체표현능력에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 글 없는 그림책의 활용이 창의적 동작 활동에 효과적임을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of creative motion activities using wordless picture books on children's movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. In this study, 40 infants from daycare centers in Seoul were divided into an experimental group and a comparison group with 20 infants in each group. The experimental group used creative activities in wordless picture books twice a week for eight weeks, and the comparison group included the same activities in the worldless picture books in the language section for the children to read. This study shows that the use of wordless picture books makes a significant difference between a child's movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. The results of this study suggest that creative motion activities using wordless picture books have a positive impact on movement abilities and creative physical expression abilities. These findings suggest that the creative motion activities using wordless picture books are effective as motion activities.
