국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국어로 번역된 단축형 번영 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 특수교사를 대상으로 알아보는 것이었다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 단축형 번영 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 알아보기 위해 내적 일치도, 확인적 요인분석, 상관계수 분석을 하였다. 연구결과: K-BIT 척도는 높은 내적 일치도(α＝.899)를 보였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 K-BIT 척도는 1요인 구조로 확인되었다. 수렴타당도를 보여주는 표준화 요인계수는 모두 .50 이상이었고, AVE는 .581이었다. 판별타당도와 관련하여 K-BIT 척도는 성별과 유의한 관계가 없었고, 법칙타당도와 관련하여 그릿, 행복과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 준거타당도와 관련하여 K-BIT 척도는 삶의 만족, 긍정적 정서와 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 부정적 정서와는 유의한 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 K-BIT 척도는 특수교사의 직무만족과 유의한 정적 상관계수를 보였다. 마지막으로 번영 잠재변인과 새로운 안녕(new well-being)(플로리싱, 긍정적 정서, 부정적 정서) 잠재변인 사이의 상관계수는 .936으로 매우 높았다. 결론: 이상의 결과에 기반하면 K-BIT 척도는 특수교사를 대상으로 신뢰도와 타당도를 갖춘 도구로서 활용될 수 있음이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Brief Inventory of Thriving Scale (K-BIT) among special education teachers. Method: To examine the reliability and validity of the K-BIT, internal consistency, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and correlation analyses were conducted. Results: The K-BIT demonstrated high internal consistency (α＝.899). CFA supported a one-factor structure for the K-BIT, with all standardized factor loadings exceeding .50, and an average variance extracted (AVE) of .581, indicating convergent validity. For discriminant validity, the K-BIT was not significantly associated with gender. For nomological validity, the K-BIT showed significant positive correlations with grit and happiness. For criterion-related validity, the K-BIT was significantly positively correlated with flourishing, life satisfaction, and positive affect, and significantly negatively correlated with negative affect. Additionally, the K-BIT was positively associated with job satisfaction. Finally, the latent variable of thriving showed a strong correlation (.936) with the latent construct of new well-being (flourishing, positive affect, and negative affect). Conclusion: These findings suggest that the K-BIT is a reliable and valid instrument for assessing thriving in special education teachers.
