국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인 수업으로 개설된 교양교과인 ‘인문예술과 감성지능’수업의 개발과 사례를 분석하고, 수강생들의 감성지능을 측정하여 수업의 효과를 검증하고, 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로한다. 분석대상은 2024년 1학기 ‘인문예술과 감성지능’교과목을 수강한 115명 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 수업의 과제와 토의 교수법 적용은 수강자의 자기관리역량을 함양하는데 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과를 바탕으로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만족도 조사 결과에 관한 연구를 강화하여 15주차 수업 전, 중간 주차의 수업 중, 15주차 수업 후의수강자 만족도 조사를 실시하여 학습자의 요구를 수업내용에 실시간으로 반영하여 운영해야 한다. 둘째, 온라인 수업 환경에서 교수자와 학습자 간 상호작용을 강화하고, 효율적인 토의가 이루어 질수 있는 방법을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 온라인 방식이지만 심미적 체험을 위해 전문가초청 특강으로 생생한 현장감을 높이어 인문예술 교양교과의 목표가 효율적으로 달성될 수 있는 수업을개발해야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 교양 수업의 효과성과 개발된 수업 운영 사례 분석을 제공하고, 대학 온라인 수업에서의 학습자의 요구가 실시간으로 반영되는 수업 실현 가능성 탐색 및 학습자맞춤형 온라인 상호작용 수업 개발에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한 대학 인문예술 교양교육에서의새로운 모델을 제시하여 추후 다양한 인문예술 교양 교과목 개발의 토대를 마련하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development and cases of the ‘Humanities Arts and Emotional Intelligence’ class, which is a liberal arts course opened as an online class, and to suggest future improvement plans. The results were analyzed by conducting a survey of 115 students who took the ‘Humanities Arts and Emotional Intelligence’ course in the first semester of 2024. As a result of the study, it was found that the application of the discussion and teaching method to the assignments of the class was appropriate to cultivate the self-management skills of the learners. The conclusions based on these results are as follows. First, by reinforcing the research on the results of the satisfaction survey, it is necessary to conduct a satisfaction survey of learners before the 15th week of class, during the middle week of class, and after the 15th week of class to reflect the learner's needs in the class content in real time. Second, it is necessary to reinforce the interaction between instructors and learners in an online classroom environment, and to develop and apply a method that enables efficient discussion. Third, although it is an online method, it is necessary to develop a class that can efficiently achieve the goals of the humanities and arts liberal arts curriculum by increasing a vivid sense of reality through special lectures invited by experts for an aesthetic experience. Therefore, this study provided an analysis of the effectiveness of online liberal arts classes and developed class management cases, explored class feasibility that reflects learners' needs in university online classes, and presented implications for the development of online interaction classes tailored to learners. It also aims to lay the groundwork for the development of various humanities and arts liberal arts subjects in the future by presenting a new model in university humanities and arts liberal arts education.
