국문 초록

본 연구는 경력단절여성을 대상으로 가족지지가 경력계획에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이 관계에서 자기효능감이 매개역할을 수행하는지를 검토하였다. 연구대상은 경력단절 경험이 있는 여성 207명으로, 설문조사를 통해 가족지지, 자기효능감, 경력계획을측정하고 관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 가족지지는 경력계획에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 가족이 제공하는 격려와 지지가 경력 재개에 있어중요한 심리적 자원이 됨을 보여준다. 또한, 자기효능감은 가족지지와 경력계획 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 나타내어, 가족의 지지가 자기효능감을 증진시키고 이를 통해 경력계획 수립에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 경력단절여성이경력을 재개하고 발전시키는 데 있어 가족의 지지와 개인의 자기효능감 강화가 중요한 역할을 함을 시사하며, 향

This study analyzed the impact of family support on career planningamong women who have experienced career interruption. It also examined whetherself-efficacy plays a mediating role in this relationship. The study surveyed 207women with career interruption experience and measured family support, self-efficacy, and career planning to analyze their relationships. The results showedthat family support had a statistically significant effect on career planning, indicatingthat encouragement and support from family serve as important psychologicalresources in resuming a career. In addition, self-efficacy was found to partiallymediate the relationship between family support and career planning, confirming thatfamily support enhances self-efficacy, which in turn influences the establishment ofcareer plans. These findings suggest that family support and the enhancement ofself-efficacy play crucial roles in helping women who have experienced careerinterruption restart and develop their careers, and they highlight the need toconsider these factors when designing career support programs and policies in thefuture.
