교재·교구 활용을 통한 예비유아교사의 모의수업 경험 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 교재교구를 활용한 수업의 의미를 탐색하고 수업의 개선점을 찾는 데 목적이 있다. 연구참여자는 G지역 S대학교 예비유아교사 19명이다. 이들은 교재교구 및 연구법 시간에 교구를 제작하여 모의수업을 실시하고, 모의수업 과정을 Strauss와 Corbin(1990)이 제시한 개방 코딩방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 예비유아교사들은 상품과 같은 완벽한 교재교구에 대한 갈망, 재활용품 활용과 왜곡, 내구성과 상반된 견해에 따른 딜레마, 흥미로운 놀이교구지만 학습적인 교구로활용하였다. 놀이 중심 교육과정에 다가가기 위한 모의수업 결과 유아·놀이 중심 수업 지향, 교사와유아 간 원활한 상호작용을 위한 노력, 형식적인 수업 절차에서 벗어나기, 놀이 안에서 배움 찾기를위한 노력이 나타났다. 2019 개정된 누리과정의 취지를 실현하기 위해서는 교재교구의 의미와 접근방식의 변화가 필요하다. 따라서 교재교구 관련 수업뿐만 아니라, 다른 교과목의 모의수업에서도2019 개정 누리과정이 지향하는 방향으로 개선되어야 하며, 이에 관한 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the meaning of lessons using educational materials andidentify areas for improvement. The participants were 19 preschool teachers from S Universityin G region. They created educational materials and conducted mock lessons during theireducational materials and research methods classes. The mock lesson process was analyzedusing the open coding method proposed by Strauss and Corbin (1990). The research resultsrevealed that the preschool teachers expressed a desire for perfect educational materials like products, the use and distortion of recycled materials, the dilemma of durability andconflicting views, and the use of educational materials as both interesting and educational. The results of the mock lessons aimed at integrating a play-centered curriculum revealed anorientation toward children and play-centered lessons, efforts to foster smooth interactionsbetween teachers and children, a desire to break away from formal classroom procedures,and efforts to seek learning through play. To realize the purpose of the 2019 revised NuriCourse, changes in the meaning and approach of educational materials are necessary. Therefore, not only the lessons related to the textbook parish but also the mock lessons ofother subjects must be improved in the direction of the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, andfurther research on this should be conducted.
