초등학생의 ADHD 경향에 영향을 미치는 요인 탐색: 식습관, 생활습관, 가족환경 및 성별 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학생의 ADHD 경향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 식습관, 생활습관, 가족환경, 성별로 구분하여 종합적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상은 2023년전국 초등학교 건강검사에 참여한 초등학생 8,452명이며, 이들의 건강검사 자료와 생활습관, 식습관, 가족환경 관련 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 28.0, Stata16.0, Python을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, ADHD 경향과 관련된 주요 요인은 채소 섭취, 아침식사, 운동, TV 시청 시간, 게임시간, 가족 흡연 여부, 성별로 나타났다. 채소 섭취와 규칙적인 아침식사는 ADHD 경향을낮추는 보호 요인으로 확인되었으며, 운동 빈도 역시 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, TV시청과 게임 시간은 ADHD 경향을 높이는 위험 요인으로 나타났고, 가족 내 흡연 여부또한 ADHD 경향 증가와 유의한 정적 관계를 보였다. 성별에서는 남학생이 여학생보다ADHD 경향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 아동기 ADHD 경향에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 통합적으로 규명함으로써, 예방과 관리 방안을 마련하는 데 필요한 실증적근거를 제공한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively analyze the fact influencing ADHD tendencies among elementary school students by categorizingthem into dietary habits, lifestyle, family environment, and gender. The subjectswere 8,452 elementary school students who participated in the 2023 National HealthExamination, and their health examination data as well as information on lifestyle,dietary habits, and family environment were used for analysis. Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis, and logistic regression analysis were conducted using SPSS28.0, Stata 16.0, and Python. The results showed that vegetable intake, breakfast,exercise, television viewing time, game time, family smoking, and gender weresignificant factors related to ADHD tendencies. Vegetable intake and regularbreakfast were identified as protective factors, and exercise frequency alsocontributed positively to reducing ADHD tendencies. In contrast, television viewingand game time were risk factors associated with higher ADHD tendencies, andfamily smoking showed a significant positive relationship with ADHD tendencies. Regarding gender, male students were found to have a higher tendency towardADHD than female students. This study provides empirical evidence for theprevention and management of ADHD in childhood by identifying and integratingvarious factors that influence ADHD tendencies.
