빅카인즈를 활용한 ‘부모코칭’ 관련 국내 언론보도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 부모코칭 관련 국내 언론보도의 동향과 담론의 변화를 분석하는것이다. 이를 위해 빅카인즈(Big kinds)를 활용하여, 2005년부터 2024년까지의 부모코칭관련 국내 언론보도 795건을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 5년 단위로 시기를 구분하여 워드 클라우드와 핵심 키워드 분석을 실시하였으며, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1단계도입기(2005-2009)는 부모코칭이 부모교육의 새로운 방식으로서 자녀 양육을 지원하는새로운 프로그램으로 소개된 시기였다. 2단계 급성장기(2010-2014)는 부모코칭 관련 보도량이 급격히 증가하며, 공공기관이 참여하고 체계적인 프로그램을 바탕으로 사회적 서비스로 확산된 시기로 볼 수 있었다. 3단계 안정기(2015-2019)는 보편적 부모 지원 서비스를 넘어 다문화 등 특정 대상을 위한 전문적이고 통합적인 접근으로 확장되된 시기였다. 4단계 재구성기(2020-2024)는 코로나19 이후 비대면 환경에 적응하며, '이중언어'와'다문화' 가정 지원이 핵심적인 담론으로 부상하며 내용과 방식이 재편된 시기로 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 부모코칭 관련 언론보도 분석을 통해 부모코칭의 사회적 인식을 살펴보고, 부모코칭 담론의 흐름을 체계적으로 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends and discursive changes indomestic media coverage of parent coaching in South Korea. To this end, Total of 795news articles on parent coaching, published between 2005 and 2024, these were retrievedthrough Big Kinds, a comprehensive Korean news database. The data were divided into five-year periods, and word cloud and keyword analyses were conducted. The results areas follows: Phase 1 (2005-2009), Introduction: parent coaching was first introduced as aprogram supporting child-rearing in the field of parent education; Phase 2 (2010-2014),Rapid Growth: media reports sharply increased, public institutions became involved, andparent coaching expanded as a social service through systematic programs; Phase 3(2015-2019), Stabilization: parent coaching moved toward more professional and integratedapproaches targeting specific groups, such as multicultural families, beyond general parentsupport; Fianlly Phase 4 (2020-2024), Restructuring: adaptation to the post-COVID-19,non-face-to-face environment took place, with bilingual and multicultural family supportemerging as a central discourse, and both the content and delivery methods of parentcoaching were reorganized. The significance of this study lies in its systematicexamination of social recognition and discourse trends of parent coaching through mediacoverage analysis.
