간호대학생의 성장 마인드셋과 실수 인식이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 성장 마인드셋, 실수 인식, 간호전문직관 간의 관계를 파악하고 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 시행된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구방법은 G시와 D시에 소재하고 있는 간호대학 2곳의 3학년과 4학년 재학생 대상으로 직전학기 실습을 1회 이상 경험한 학생 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA 및 사후검정은 Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 성별, 학업성적, 전공만족도, 실습횟수, 실습만족도 변수에서 간호전문직관간의 유의한 차이를 보였다. 간호대학생의 간호전문직관은 성장 마인드셋(r=.442, p<.001), 실수 인식의 하위영역인 실수로부터 학습(r=.215, p=.014), 실수에 대한 도전(r=.202, p=.018), 실수에 대한 고찰(r=.368, p<.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 실수에 대한 부담(r=-.206, p=.017)은 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 실수에 대한 고찰(β=.279, p<.001), 성장 마인드셋(β=.235, p=.005), 실수에 대한 부담(β=-.177, p=.020), 실습만족도(만족)(β=.152, p=.049) 순으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 최종 설명력은 32.1%였다(F=31.87, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 올바른 간호전문직관 형성을 위해서는 성장 마인드셋을 증진하고 실습에 대한 만족도를 높이며, 실수에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 함양할 수 있는 교육 프로그램과 비교과 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This descriptive correlational study was conducted to identify the relationships among growth mindset, error recognition, and nursing professionalism in nursing students, and to determine the factors influencing nursing professionalism. The research method involved 131 third-and fourth-year nursing students from two nursing colleges in‘G’city and‘D’city, who had completed at least one clinical practicum in the previous semester. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 27.0 program, including descriptive statistics, t-tests, one-way ANOVA with Scheffe post-hoc test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that among the general characteristics of the participants, there were significant differences in nursing professionalism based on gender, academic performance, major satisfaction, number of clinical practice experiences, and clinical practice satisfaction. The findings indicated that the nursing students’ professional nursing identity was positively correlated with their growth mindset(r=.442, p<.001), the subdomain of learning from mistakes(r=.215, p=.014), their challenging attitude towards errors(r=.202, p=.018), and reflection on errors(r=.368, p<.001), while their burden of errors showed a negative correlation(r=-.206, p=.017). Factors influencing professional nursing identity included reflection on errors(β=.279, p<.001), growth mindset(β=.235, p=.005), burden of errors(β=-.177, p=.020), and satisfaction with practical training(satisfaction) (β=.152, p=.049), with the final explanatory power being 32%(F=31.87, p<.001). Therefore, in order to foster the development of a sound professional nursing identity among nursing students, it is necessary to develop educational and extracurricular programs that enhance a growth mindset, increase satisfaction with clinical practice, and promote a positive perception of errors.
