간호대학생의 그릿(Grit), 감성지능, 의사소통능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 그릿, 감성지능, 의사소통 능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 G시 소재의 K대학교 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년과 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 2024년 9월 1일부터 2024년 10월 30일까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 t검정, ANOVA, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 그릿은 임상실습만족도(F=6.055, p<.001)와 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 감성지능은 임상실습만족도(F=13.139, p<.001)와 유의한 차이가 있었으며,의사소통능력은 전공만족도(F=6.440, p<.001)와 임상실습만족도(F=15.570, p<.001)와 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 임상수행능력은 전공만족도(F=7.403, p<.001)와 임상실습만족도(F=11.030, p<.001)와 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 그릿(β=.153, p<.046), 감성지능(β=.329, p<.004)과 의사소통능력(β=.214, p<.048)이 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있었으며, 상대적으로 영향력이 가장 큰 변수는 감성지능으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 향상은 실제 임상현장에서의 적응력과 환자에 대한 안전한 간호 제공을 위해 필수적이기 때문에 감성지능을 효과적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발과 그릿, 감성지능, 의사소통능력이 임상수행능력에 어떤 방식으로 영향을 미치는지에 대한 각 요인들에 대한 매개, 조절효과를 확인하는 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to determine the effects of grit, emotional intelligence, and communication skills on clinical performance in nursing students. The study targeted third- and fourth-year nursing students enrolled in the College of Nursing at K University in G City, and was conducted from September 1, 2024, to October 30, 2024. The collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, correlations, and multiple regression. The results of this study showed that grit was significantly different from clinical practice satisfaction (F=6.055, p<.001), emotional intelligence was significantly different from clinical practice satisfaction (F=13.139, p<.001), and communication skills were significantly different from major satisfaction (F=6.440, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction (F=15.570, p<.001). Clinical performance showed significant differences from major satisfaction (F=7.403, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction (F=11.030, p<.001). Analysis of factors influencing clinical performance revealed that grit (β=.153, p<.046), emotional intelligence (β=.329, p<.004), and communication skills (β=.214, p<.048) had statistically significant effects, with emotional intelligence showing the largest relative influence. Improving clinical performance in nursing students is essential for adaptability in clinical settings and providing safe patient care. Therefore, research is needed to develop educational programs that effectively enhance emotional intelligence and to examine the mediating and moderating effects of grit, emotional intelligence, and communication skills on clinical performance.
