국문 초록

본 연구는 통합학급 교사가 지각한 학교장의 리더십, 학교문화, 학교 재구조화, 통합교육 효과의 인과관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구목적은 첫째, 학교장의 리더십, 학교문화, 학교 재구조화, 통합교육 효과의 상관관계를 알아보는 것이다. 둘째는 각 변인의 경로구조모형을 분석하였다. 셋째는 각 변인 간의 인과효과를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기도교육청 제2청에 소속된 통합학급 교사 147명이다. 측정도구는 모든 변인의 속성을 파악하기 위해 5점 척도의 평정척도로 구성된 것이다. 자료 분석 방법으로는 단순상관관계 분석, 공변량구조분석, 최대우도법, 경로분석이 적용되었다. 연구 결과에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교장의 리더십, 학교문화, 학교 재구조화, 통합교육 효과는 상호 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교장의 리더십은 새로운 학교문화를 창출하는데 영향을 주고, 새 학교문화는 학교를 재구조화하는데 영향을 주는 영향력 있는 요소이며, 결과적으로 통합교육의 효과를 증가시키는데 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변인 간 인과효과를 분석한 결과, 학교장의 리더십은 학교문화와 학교 재구조화에 직접효과가, 통합교육 효과에 대해서는 학교문화를 통한 간접효과가 있었다. 그리고 학교문화는 학교 재구조화와 통합교육 효과에 직접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to analyzed the causal relations on school principal's leadership, school culture, school restructuring, and inclusive education effectiveness as perceived inclusive classroom teacher. The specified goals of the study were as follows:First, was analyzed the correlation among school principal's leadership, school culture, school restructuring, and inclusive education effectiveness. Second, was analyzed the causal relations models among school principal's leadership, school culture, school restructuring, and inclusive education effectiveness. Third, was analyzed the causal effects among school principal's leadership, school culture, school restructuring, and inclusive education effectiveness. The subjects of this research were a simple random sampling of 147 teachers of inclusive classroom in elementary school. Measure instruments used in this research were five rating scale: Leadership, School Culture, School restructuring, and Inclusive Education Effectiveness. The statistical methods used in this research were Pearson' simple correlation, analysis of covariance structure, and path analysis with AMOS 5.0 program. The conclusions of this research are as follows:First, school principal's leadership, school culture, school restructuring, and inclusive education effectiveness showed a mutual correlation. Second, school principal's leadership are important variables to explaining school culture and school restructuring. And school culture was important variable to explaining inclusive education effectiveness. Third, more school culture than school principal's leadership and school restructuring had causal effects on inclusive education effectiveness.
