국문 초록

본 논문의 목적은 베트남 현지에 진출하여 직접 경영활동을 수행하고 있는 한국기업들이 직면하고 있는 문화적 환경요인이 무엇인가를 규명하고 이에 어떠한 대응책을 마련하여 경영활동을 전개하고 있는 가를 밝히기 위한 것이다. 기업의 경영활동에 영향을 미치는 일반 환경요인과 산업 환경요인 중에서 일반 환경요인으로 연구의 범위를 제한하였는데 그 이유는 기업이 오히려 일반 환경에 대한 분석을 체계적으로 실행하고 있지 않다는 지적 때문이다. 그리고 일반 환경요인 중에서 문화적 환경요인만을 분석대상으로 한정하였다. 현지 문화적 환경이 진출 기업의 현지경영활동에 가장 직접적이고 가시적인 영향력을 행사하는 요인 중의 하나이기 때문이다. 선행연구를 통해 문헌분석을 실행하였고 이를 토대로 연구가설을 설립한 후 이를 검증하기 위한 실증분석을 실시하였다.

영문 초록

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Vietnam, where the Korean investing firms have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of cultural environment. This main purpose of this research is to test empirically some relations of between the managing strategy of Korean firms and the environment factors of social culture in Vietnam while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Vietnam. Second, the survey of Korean firms engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them. with this survey, the strategic method of multiple regression is used to testing some hypotheses.
